I ordered the sleep bundle (comes with mattress, bedframe, pillows, and sheets) and the mattress was so easy to set up and incredibly comfortable!! the bedframe was also easy to build, but it was missing the headboard part that i ordered. additionally, the bedframe isn't the correct size for the bed: it's about a foot too long, which is strange. i would absolutely buy the mattress again, but skip the bedframe.

It's been about a month. Waited about a week before using it since it was still off-gassing. The bed never expanded to a true queen size, it's 2 inches smaller width wise so the bed frame underneath sticks out and poses a safety hazard. The bed itself is ok. Super lightweight so you can move it around.... But it also is moved out of place very easy without something to hold it in place. Don't believe the purchase is worth it.

We have had our mattress a little over 2 week. We upgraded to the Premier because they said it has the cooling feature. I cannot tell any difference and I do not think it cools any. If you want the cooling feature, you might want to spend a little more money and buy the Tempur-Pedic. Might be sending ours back. When I spoke with someone on the "Live Chat", they told me to make sure we have the correct mattress. I went home and checked and it is the Premier.

I've been suffering from neck and back pain for several years, the point of having to take pain meds on a regular basis. I finally decided enough was enough and ordered the Nectar mattress a couple months ago. The unpacking was easy for me to do by myself and the sheet set that came with it is amazingly soft. The best part though, is that from the first night, my back feels about 80% better. I slept 11 hours that first night and slept right through my alarm. Thanks to Nectar for a great experience!

My wife and I needed a bed that would help with back and side sleep. Nectar was highly reviewed so we went all out. (I mean, why not with a 365 night trial) There was by no means anythiing wrong with the mattress (we even got the adjustable base) but it was too soft for us and we wanted to change it out. I initiated the return process so we could keep looking. The nice thing about Nectar is it is part of a parent company called residenthome. They have a lot of other mattress companies so we were going to keep it going until we found something we liked. the return process was a little time consuming. They wanted pictures, asked questions and then needed to schedule a pickup service. The reason i'm not so happy about this is that when I started the return process I was within 60days of the purchase - when the return process was completed I was beyond the 60days of purchase. The reson this is important is because Nectar starts pro-rating everything after 60days -so you don't really get a 365 night trial. So when i requested the refund it wasn't the whole amount. They appogized but could do nothing about it. This sucks. Be careful when dealing with these folks as the night trial guarantee coomes with a price.

I am so glad that I purchased this mattress. I researched for a few weeks and came across nectar brand. The bed is memory foam but is still soft like a pillow top too. And I absolutely love the sheet set and mattress protector. . The sheets feel like cooking sheets. Always cool tot he touch. Which is how we like to sleep. :) very happy with my purchase!

I purchased this as a replacement to a very old mattress. As a mom of 2 under two I haven't gotten this good of a sleep in awhile. Soft but not too soft, firm but not too firm, and the pillows are absolutely amazing. I'll never go back to any other bed.

I bought this because I was tired of back pain from old matresses aaaaand. . . I dunno if it's helped that much. Other than that, its really comfy! I definitely do like it, the matress protector is wonderful. The pillow. . . not so much. The mattress is great though!

I received this mattress about two years ago, and have tried sleeping in every possible position and side of it. The mattress itself has barely any support and it sinks in very quickly. When I received it, I let it spread for a while, but it never reached its full size. I have had back pain because of this mattress and wish I could've received my refund when I had the chance.

I received a incomplete Bed frame with headboard, I was shocked at the low quality. I was lied to by a Customer Service Rep saying they would expedite my order because of my issues with the bedframe. I had to ask several times to speak with a manager. Instead of honoring what I was told. Turning a negative into a positive, they mislead me into believing the next bed frame I was being sent was better quality. I was told that my new bedframe was manufactured by a different Company and It was Built differently. I was sent the exact same frame today that I received the first time. I am disabled and sleeping the floor debilitating back pain, Waiting on my mattress but now afraid to use the bedframe once I have everything finally . I have read hundreds of reviews about the bed frame collapsing due to the slats failing or one of the PLASTIC LEGS FAILING. If this happened to me I may never be able to walk again. I can't withstand sleeping on the floor much longer so I am also afraid of canceling my order, If i do I'll just have to wait again. I can't afford much and buying this was just my attempt to have a goodnights rest that i haven't had in many years. Don't expect anyone to put a customer in need over policy. I just stuck and out of luck! Compassion is a thing of the past with Nectar.
