Ordered 5/26/21. Received it last week 6/16 and opened 6/17. Middle never inflated. It’s at 4 inches while the foot and head are 11. Made to wait 72 hours even though it was clear almost immediately we got a defective product. Now they are replacing it, but telling us we’ll once again be waiting 4-5 weeks for a replacement on THEIR faulty product. Absolutely unacceptable.

I find this mattress very hard to get on. It sinks down as soon as you try to sit on the side. If you put it on a boxspring it's too high but if you don't it's too low. You can't get a firmer topper until after 15 nights of sleeping on it & you can't return it until you've slept on it for 30 nights. I wake up every morning with the right side of my neck very sore. Not very happy with it.

I no longer have any aches and pains when I wake up. And it’s sooooo soft and comfy, I don’t ever want to get out of bed in the morning! I seriously sleep like a baby since I’ve gotten this bed. Takes FOREVER to be delivered but it’s so worth the wait! No regrets!

This is the perfect bed for side sleepers or stomach sleepers. I have used this bed for over a month and I feel refreshed every morning. My old bed had me tossing and turning every night with a sore back every morning. With this bed, I don't move at all; I am actually dreaming while sleeping for the first time in years. I highly recommended this bed.

I was skeptical since you never know without trying it out first, but it has been fantastic so far. Best sleep I’ve had in years. Side sleeper that needed a change and the long trial period is what sold me. Only been a few months in but happy so far. Honestly very happy we made the purchase and would absolutely recommend.

This has been one of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever owned! It is the perfect combination of plush and firm. As someone who sits at a desk all day for work, back pain has been an issue for me, but since I started sleeping on this mattress, it's all gone away! With 2 dogs and a boyfriend sharing the bed with me the cooling feature has been so pleasant. I used to always get hot throughout the night and now I stay bundled up under the covers.

Setup was super easy. Mattress expanded correctly. The mattress is on the firmer side. Sometimes as I fell asleep, I felt like the heaviest parts of my body (my lower body) were sinking further into the bed while my poor head and shoulders remained floating. Both my partner's and I's bodies took a month or so to adjust. We were both waking up kind of sore and felt soreness throughout the day - a few weeks tops. That feeling has gone away now, but I'm still thinking of getting a mattress topper that conforms to our bodies more. I admit I worried for a little bit about the thought of returning it, however that feeling has subsided. I am 140lbs and my husband is 160lbs. We both go from side to side and to our backs. I never wake up anymore at my partner turning in his sleep. I also don't get the dreaded heat trap where you keep falling into the dip your body made in these types of mattresses. I also sit up to watch TV frequently in the bed, and it's comfortable for that too. Hope this helps.

My Nectar mattress arrived as expected, was easy to open and did not have any odors as stated by others. It took about a day to see it expand to uniform size expected. It did take about 3 to 4 weeks to adjust as the instructions stated but - I do not wake up with sore hips and shoulders as I did in the past. This mattress relieves those pressure points and supports your body for a restful sleep. I was troubled about buying online sight unseen but its been the best investment in me that I have made in years.

Positively the best mattress I have ever owned. I Love soft beds but they don’t always give my body the support it needs. I get the best of both worlds with this mattress. I also love the sheets that came with my mattress they are so soft and comfy, my only complaint would be that the pillow slips don’t fit the pillows that also came with the bed properly, so I have to use different pillow slips.

I would say this mattress improved my quality of life tenfold! I was sleeping on an old pillow top queen with my partner and dog, and in my second trimester of pregnancy. Comfort was non existent. The nectar changed everything for me! No more tossing and turning and no more getting pushed off the bed.
