They literally expect you not to ever get sick or sweat on this mattress. There warranty won’t cover you for jack in the long run. If you have doubts switch in between your 365 days don’t rely on the warranty to kick in later that it starts to decay. Also they don’t even make my model anymore so even if I wanted to go through the warranty process they will give you the equivalent and not let you upgrade to a better mattress so you will be stuck in the same cycle as the first. Please avoid at all cost. Pay a little more and get a better quality. Customer service doesn’t even bother to help you out either.

Not as awesome as the queen size Nectar we bought. Still comfortable but the model change has made the new Nectar mattress just like every other mattress of this type. 1st photo is the awesome old model soooo comfy. 2nd photo is new model just like every other mattress. Wanted to love it but have to be honest.

I didn't know what to expect from the Nectar mattress, but I'm happy I took the chance and bought one. It's incredibly comfortable, and at the same time providing support for my back and whole body. It's definitely an upgrade from my old (10years old) hybrid mattress that was giving me lots of back pain. I'm a happy customer, and would recommend Nectar to all those looking for a better nights sleep.

I have had this mattress for two years now. Even from the first few months I slept on it, it was never really comfortable to me and the mattress gets super hot. I wake up sweating most nights. Also, I always wake up super sore sleeping on this mattress compared to when I sleep anywhere else. The last 6 months, I can’t sleep because no matter how I lay the back pain is unreal. I have to drag myself out of bed every morning with the worst back pain. It makes it so hard to move or function. It normally takes a couple hours for this pain to go away. Again, this doesn’t happen to me when I sleep in any other bed that isn’t the nectar. I wish I would have sent this bed back in the first year when it already caused me so much pain. Instead I waited until I physically can’t get out of bed because the pain is so bad. Also going to mention that I am young and this shouldn’t be a problem. My husband has started to not sleep because the mattress is really uncomfortable for him as well. We are shopping for a new mattress now after owning this one for less than two years. Expensive purchase not to keep for very long. I do not recommend.

We have been wanting to buy a real nice bed and not just something off of Facebook marketplace/other reselling since we just got to our mid-20s and let me tell you how nice it is to have a quality mattress! It is very comfortable and we are now a big fan of the memory foam mattresses.

We bought this mattress to replace my sons full-size bed. The mattress he had was a Serta perfect that cost us 1500. My son immediately preferred this mattress. The mattress was comfortable for him from the first night and he has been sleeping much better since we switched. His old mattress was only a couple of years old. I highly recommend Nectar. We regret not purchasing one for my wife and I.

I’ve had this mattress for 2.5 years & at first we loved it! But now it is terribly uncomfortable. It’s sagging on the sides my husband & I sleep & then has this firm ridge in the middle (where we don’t sleep) & it’s honestly like sleeping in a super uncomfortable hammock. Not to mention I bought their mattress protector because it said that’s what was required for their “warranty” but the mattress protector they provide is so thick & fluffy it defeats the whole point of having this mattress topped with “cooling gel” it makes sleeping on this mattress SO HOT & uncomfortable, you have no choice but to sleep with the cover off!! It’s so stupid. I would not recommend this mattress or company to anyone. Stay away!

I have been suffering with a bad hip for a couple of years now. We bought a king Nectar mattress back in November. I was skeptical about the “bed in a box” idea, but thought I would give it a try. Nectar makes it easy with their 365 day trail period. Well, my hip pain is totally gone! I still can’t believe it. I love this mattress so much that from now on I will only buy Nectar. Going to replace all of my mattresses with Nectar. I’m a new woman with no pain! I recommend Nectar, it’s no lie the best mattress. Thank you Nectar for taking away my pain.

Just 3 days into my new nectar bed and I have slept like a baby! I use to toss, turn and wake up 2-3 times a night. It’s only been 3 days but ever since I first started sleeping on nectar, I have slept better then ever! I go to sleep in one position and sleep so soundly I wake back up it it again! This is by far the best investment I have ever made in my sleep!

We ordered this mattress over a month ago with hopes we would finally be relieved of back pain. I wake up each morning with increased lower back pain and body aches. I haven’t returned it yet due to a friend telling me to stick it out a couple months to break the mattress in. It is very firm and if your body is used to comfort, I would not switch to this mattress.
