Shipping took a couple of months before we finally received it. The box was damaged but the mattress was intact and okay. The box is very heavy and I had to struggle with it since my husband had a recent back injury. I'm a 5'3" lady and it was a pain to get it into the house then push it to the bedroom and remove it from the box. When I finally removed the wrapping I heard a hissing sound and come to find out the plastic bag had a huge hole so the mattress started to inflate before I had taken off the bag soI had to rush and cut the bag off. There were no instructions in the bag so I had to figure out which side was the top and which end was the foot. I ended up having to turn the inflating mattress several times (all by myself) so it was right side up and I could plop it down on the bed platform. It was definitely a struggle! The bed is comfortable but the sides collapse when you sit on the edge. I have to remember to not put my full weight on so I don't slip off the bed. I hope I end up liking it. My husband has tried it but he also has to watch the edge and he doesn't want to fall off it with his bad back. We'll test it out. At least there's a year trial period. Hopefully it won't take that long to decide to keep or return it.

After the first month, my wife and I started to love it. It was weird at first and felt too squishy, we actually called to return it! They said stick it out for a month and call us back if you still don't like it. They were right, over time it firmed up and now it's one of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on!

Have been loving the mattress so far over the last month. A lot different than my old pillow top but its been a good transition. My only complaint is the pillows and sheets that came with our order bundle. I’m still getting used to the pillow and its quite hard but ive been giving a try over the last month. However, the sheets and pillow cases are SO SLIPPERY! My pillow case early makes it two nights without coming off and I open find my pillow that just about slid off the bed every night. May just need to switch back to my old sheets, which is sad because these one really are comfortable!

I don't think this mattress is the right fit for me. I wake up with back pain more often than with my previous one. It has not/does not contour my body. I didn't know they had a hybrid version when I purchased it, might have been better option. Contacted customer service about 365 days return, they asked for pictures and whatnot.. too much of a hassle

I lost my first nectar in my divorce (over 3 years old) so I knew right away what mattress I wanted to buy for my new house! I've been very happy with my old nectar and even after 3 years of sleeping with my now ex... I always slept great! It's awesome having my new King size Nectar all to myself!

I've slept on beds like this before (I was primarily a spring bed user) and let me tell you, I've never slept so well in my life. It took maybe two or three nights to get used to, and I was absolutely in heaven. No more waking up a ton or tossing and turning. When I fall asleep in any given position, I wake up that way. Incredible, I highly recommend it.

We’ve had our mattress for about 45 days or so. It is very comfortable and seems to be a great balance of soft / firm. I have not had any hip or lower back pain since we have switched. The pillows that came in the sleep bundle are good as well but the sheets aren’t anything special.

We bought a mattress in January and by July is was uncomfortable, it was not holding its firmness/shape. By September the mattress was just useless to us, due to surgery and the mattress having lost all its support. We reached out to the company via email twice and were ignored after declining accepting 2“ mattress pad and declined purchasing a replacement mattress from their sister company Dream Cloud. When I finally reached a live person on the phone and figured everything is being put in motion for my full refund and being promised a free and no-hassle return, boom four days later I receive an email that a no hassle return and free pick up is not available in my area ( Columbus, Ohio!!!). Instead they give me three options of what I can do on my end to donate & proof, dispose & proof etc the mattress, and all the forms, pictures, signatures, verifications and documentations I have to provide. Neither is hassle free, nor completely free ( forms need to be printed out, verified and scanned and emailed). Like I said, I just had major surgery and I am in no position to move a king size mattress. This company is NOT standing befind their word, their 365 night warranty is neither free of hassle nor cost! I will never recommend this company.

We bought this for my husband who is in a Memory Care Unit. He has been sleeping much better on this mattress. We also bought the platform bed frame and received the sheets and pillows which I perfect. We are very happy with this purchase. I

I have LOADS of sleeping problems and disruptions. I bought this mattress in September because I had been waking up several a times a night since May. I still very rarely sleep all the way through the night like I used to, but with the Nectar I usually only wake up once a night and can USUALLY fall back asleep eventually.
