This extract has water in it. If you add it to melted chocolate it will seize up the chocolate. Works fine for everything else.

I found myself using more of this than I would normally. I typically bit Watkins Madagascar vanilla but have this a try. Very disappointing

Does not taste like vanilla. Very chemical taste.

The price is awesome for the amount you get. It has a good flavor as well.
