It has a fresh smell. Especially I go with non-gmo food and this has that future. I didint use a big amount but gave a nice flavour. I mixed it with chocolate flavor and it turned out to be good and tasty.

This bottle is a great value and quality for pure vanilla. It smells so good. A must have in the kitchen for baking. It doesn't expire for 3 years so plenty of time to use it.

I really like that this is crafted with Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans. The taste is great and I love that there is no artificial flavors or colors in it. I really am glad I got this big bottle as I bake a lot and go through vanilla.

I received the paste and now the extract. The bourbon collection (here) is soooo much better! Once you pop the top, you will know exactly what I am talking about! You likely will not go back to the other kind either!!

The product has more of an alcohol smell and taste than vanilla. I used 1 tablespoon in recipe and it didn’t flavor the food like the other brand offered by Sam’s. I will go back to the brand that has a stronger vanilla flavor. I was really hopeful because this was a lot less expensive.
