I'm in the process of making my own vanilla extract but I needed some while mine sits for a year. I love that no sugar is added to this because it is in some of the name brands. The taste is good but a little lighter than I prefer. I guess I prefer what's called double fold. I was happy to get this especially since it's made in Nashville, TN, USA! Thanks Sam's for offering a made in the USA product!

Finding pure Madagascar Bourbon vanilla at this price point is rare! It has a wonderful, aromatic scent and gives my cookies and cakes a perfect classic vanilla flavor without any of that 'artificial' aftertaste you get from cheap brands. The 8 oz bottle lasts a long time, and the quality is on par with much more expensive brands I've tried. Highly recommend keeping this as a pantry staple

What more can I really say in support of this product? Anyone that does any amount of baking, or uses flavor extracts in other ways knows that the pure extract versus imitation, the pure extract wins hands down. They also know that pure vanilla extract is quite expensive. So when you find a bottle of this size, especially when it is one considered to be among the top brands it is an opportunity too good to pass up. A 2oz bottle of the standard quality brands will cost you $5.xx, while a will put you out 4oz bottle $16.xx. Common sense should tell you the rest.

Very good and easy on the pocketbook

It has a fresh smell. Especially I go with non-gmo food and this has that future. I didint use a big amount but gave a nice flavour. I mixed it with chocolate flavor and it turned out to be good and tasty.

I was very pleased with this product! I loved how it smelled far more like vanilla bean than any vanilla extract I've used in the past. It smells "premium!"

I really like that this is crafted with Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans. The taste is great and I love that there is no artificial flavors or colors in it. I really am glad I got this big bottle as I bake a lot and go through vanilla.

Excellent quality vanilla extract that is priced very fairly. I never get the imitation vanilla as pure vanilla extract is always the way to go.

I really like the quality of this vanilla. I've baked with it and used it in my candy making. It's really good.

I received the paste and now the extract. The bourbon collection (here) is soooo much better! Once you pop the top, you will know exactly what I am talking about! You likely will not go back to the other kind either!!
