Odd consistency, expected it to be similar to an rx bar…they are not.

Odd texture

Simple ingredients, and a snack that is packed full of fiber. I honestly wish there were a few more flavors included but I am still happy with the 2 flavors available. I find these to be a perfect way to add more fiber to my diet without too many calories.
