If you are watching your carbs, these have 11 carbs per bar. 12 total sugars, but no added sugars. They are all fruit and fiber. 3-4 ingredients. Nice snack if you are on a keto diet.

This is so yummy. It smells nice and delicious. It is not so chewy nor sweet, which I really like. This is totally a very healthy snacks for everyone. I love it so much.

These are great little fruit bar snacks! The taste really good, and they were generous with the cinnamon in the Apple Cinnamon bar. I like the thickness of them because they feel more substantial to eat.

REMOVE THE APPLE STEMS FIRST! Geez, 3 out of our 4 bars today had very hard apple stems hiding in them. almost broke my tooth. Not safe. It's a choking hazard along with a hazard for teeth. My toddler and 4 y.o. did not like th taste anyway. Please, BE CAUTIOS when eating and the company should take the time to do better before their product injures someone.

These are a quick fast and convenient way to get some additional fiber with little calorie impact. I like it is just a couple natural ingredients, not full of other additives and things like in other fiber bars on the market. The texture is not my favorite but I'm eating for fiber not enjoyment lol so it's fine. And because it's so small it's just a couple bites and it's gone anyway. Overall I would like to see these to be continually offered to help support fiber intake
