I live in a place with a lot of bugs so I got this to help get rid of some of them. They often come through my back door and so I placed it there. It was a little bit harder than expected to get the paper off the adhesive. With the rest of the lights off, the flies were attracted to the trap. Flies stick to the pad so it's a bit gross to pull it off - wear gloves. It's like a more stylish version of flypaper, except it costs a lot more plus you need to pay for refills. Other than that it does work as advertised.

Product is discrete it looks just like a regular night light and not obvious. Consider this product for smaller insects like fruit flies or house flies.

I recently purchased the Stem Flying Insects Light Trap, and I couldn't be happier with the results. This light trap has been incredibly effective in reducing the presence of flying insects in my home. The design is sleek and modern. Setup was a breeze, and the trap is easy to clean and maintain. I appreciate the eco-friendly aspect of this product, as it doesn't require any chemicals or harmful pesticides to be used. Highly recommend!

I didn't try this product at my house because it's cold right now and there's not any bugs but I took it to my sister's house who lives on a farm and they have alot of mosquitoes and bugs right now even though it's cold and it worked really good.

We like that it is not as bulky as the other. it's slimmer. The look of it gives a more of night light look vs. a bulky, what is that look. The light is dim which is preferred. Easy to put together. The refill being double sided was a surprise and a plus. The box is appealing and tells you exactly what it should be used for. it does exactly what it should do. Will definitely purchase when it's time to replace.

I was excited to try the STEM light trap as we are having an issue with beetles that have made their way indoors this winter. I love that there are no chemicals involved in this trap and that the unit acts like a soft nightlight. It is pleasing to the eye, blends in well with our decor and the light is not jarring. This is all super important- especially with kids at home. It was easy to "load" and plug into the wall. After one night it had one beetle trapped on the unit. I look forward to seeing if it can continue to attract and trap more beetles over the next few days. Something that I was surprised about is that you have to purchase refills for the device. That will be a cost and effort I was not anticipating.

It is hard to find pest control products that are pet safe, so I'm excited that I can use it in my home with cats. I haven't seen it in action quite yet but it seems like it will work well.
