The refills are hard plastic and the adhesive is very sticky. I would have to say this is better than using those fly strips. They don’t stink and you don’t have anything hanging from your ceiling so I think it’s a little bit more eco-friendly. I would definitely recommend this as far as the value goes. I would like to see more than just one sticky pad in there for the price.
