I like that fact that traps the insects and I was just thinking of mosquitoes but attracts fíes, gnats, and moths which is amazing. Love that is people and pet friendly and will not have to worried about my fur baby being around. The directions for use was very straight forward and understandable. It is also mess free.

It is very easy to assemble, just follow the simple instructions. Plug into an outlet. The blue light will attract the flies and they get stuck on the sticky pad. It is good because it is pet, friendly and insecticide free. It is great because it gets all those pesky flying insects that sneak in your house and are attracted to bright lights in your house, especially fruit, flies, and mosquitoes.

After using fly swatters to address flies in our home with little to no success, we tried the Stem light trap and the flies were gone. It also emits a nice blue glow that serves as a night light and also comes in with an attractive look. It's also safe for our family dog!

The only difficulty was removing the cover paper from the trap because the adhesive worked very well, but that's not really a bad thing to have in a bug trap. The light itself is bright enough for a nightlight but not overly bright as to disturb sleep if used in a bedroom. Overall I like it, it's a modern take on the fly strips of old. Looking forward to see how it does this coming mosquito season.

I really like that the STEM flying insect trap isn't sticky - only the refill is. However, it says to dispose of after 14 days of use, which seems very quick. I will likely see how full it gets and dispose of it then. The blue light is pretty bright, so I'll be keeping it in my kitchen to catch the gnats that sometimes come in with bananas. I think it will be easy to swap out the refill part when it's time. I'm hopeful it helps quickly.
