The blue light was not overpowering for the room but definitely cast enough light to be effective. After just a few hours I could already see about a dozen fruit flies caught on the inner pad. This is a product I will be maintaining in my kitchen on an ongoing basis.

No matter how hard you try sometimes flies end up in the house from leaving the door open too long or a window open. This light trap effectively draws them near then traps them on the sticky pad. I was very skeptical at first but after a few days you notice less flying buggers and more stuck to the sticky pad! I recommend this product as it's chemical free and safe around pets. no smelly sprays or powders or pastes. Highly recommended.

Easy to set up justvread the instructions that come with it, so you need just to plug this into the wall directly for it to work properly. It looks great in my home. I have a set that comes with a bulb and one cartridge in the box. The light from the bulb attracts the insects, and then they stick to the cartridge. Once the cartridge is full, we just need to replace it with a new one. I like that it’s eco-friendly and safe for the residents of the house. Also, the trap has a nice design; if you didn’t know, it looks like a neat little lamp, and I really like that design. I believe this is a must-have product for the home. The price is affordable, and later you can simply buy more cartridges. I highly recommend it!
