This plug in attracts then and traps them so they don't get to the rest of our house. And the quick change refills are great too.

It only took a couple seconds to unbox it, peel off both sides of the sticky pad, and pop it in the plug. It's gives a nice soft night light glow and doesn't distract from our regular decor. I'm happy with it overall. It's much less unsightly than a big bug zapper as well (and uses a lot less electricity). I don't know that it would solve a BIG bug problem, but for the few that like to zip around a garage, back room, or kitchen, I'd say it's perfect.

Was simple to set up and plug in. I was afraid that it would have a chemical smell to it, but I literally had no smell. I think it is attractive and would feel good plugging it in anywhere in my house. This really is not the bug season so it is hard to review how well it will work but I believe because of the design I think it will do its job when the time comes.

We have plants we have moved indoors for the winter and do not like the occasional and random gnats they produce. My plant groups have suggested a sticky card to put in plants. However, this seems to be a step up with the added light.

The STEM light trap is easy to assemble and plug in, since the outlet plug-in rotates. The light trap emits a nice blue light, so it doesn't bother me to have it plugged in 24/7. I wish that the starter pack came with additional sticky trap refills, instead of just the initial one. The light trap only seems to catch mosquitos and gnats, but I really wish it would catch larger bugs, such as flies.

With the weather warming up, these are great to catch those pesky little fruit flies. I love how the packaging (see photo) demonstrates what bugs are attracted to this light (something competitive brands do not often have).
