I've used traps like this before and they usually are. I'll say the price point is pretty comparable to all the others that I've tried and this works on par with the rest of the fly traps I've tried. Also, the plastic on the outside isn't blue, the sticky trap is. So the photo on the outside of the box is a little misleading lol

This is a cool product!!! it's sticky on both sides and you plug it in and it lights up blue and attracts any bug in the area. I put in near a window where I always see little gnats and within minutes the gnats were stuck to the sticky tape. It's easy to exchange the sticky boards, too. I even had a fly stick to one. Cool product! 10/10

I have had an ongoing issue with moths in the house. The Stem Flying Insect Light Trap has been very effective in my attempt to control that problem. The concept is very simple. You insert the sticky card into the light, plug the light into any socket and let nature take it's course. Flying insects are drawn to the light and get stuck on the card. There are no odors nor chemicals associated with this device. It is safe and effective. As an added bonus, this product makes a great night light.

This is a very easy to use product that you plug-in and forget about. It also doubles as a nightlight of sorts. It will silently trap and kill any kind of flying pest. It is easy to move around from outlet to outlet wherever you may have a problem in your home. No more smelly sprays. Why didn't somebody think about something like this years ago!

We keep fruit on the counter, and with that comes occasional bugs, and this trap attracts and traps them so well. I also like the subtle nightlight glow that is perfect to have in the kitchen at night.

Once I bought it and brought it home, I saw how easy it is to use. Instructions are pretty simple. Just beware when peeling the sticker from the refill. It's very sticky. I peeled the protective sticker and plugged in the trap and that's it. Easy simple and it's pet and people friendly! I recommend this product.

I accidentally touched the sticky part when i was installing it the first time, and I was so glad it was this brand with no insecticides!!
