I love the light that is not so bright but just right for the kitchen. I did have some gnats from some a fruit bowl I had and this morning, there were a few stuck on there already! I'm excited to see how this takes care of the ever-present fruit flies in my kitchen. I placed it right next to where we keep our fruit and our compost bowl. It's nice knowing there aren't pesticides in it, just a light that attracts flying insects to the glue trap. It emits a pleasant blue light but makes no sound and has no smell. Hopefully this light trap is a solution to the fruit flies!

The instructions in the packaging are very clear to understand. The refill was easy to put in. I like how it looks with the soft blue light when it is plugged in. The size, shape, and style almost directly match another brand. These traps are very effective at catching gnats, which is my main issue. The price is the exact same as competitors, so if STEM lowered their price, they would have my business in the future! I like that there are no chemicals involved and that it works 24/7, but beware that the bright blue light may keep you up at night if it is near your bedroom!
