The smell is not overpowering, but lingered nicely. My dog does have some problems related to allergies and itchiness, but that calmed down after using this on her for her bath. Will definitely be buying again, great smell and effective!

The next day my dog's fur was very soft and still smelled like the shampoo. My only problem was having to leave it on the coat for 10 minutes as my dog was not very happy with that.

The directions say to leave it on your pet for 10 minutes to let the ingredients work, but that timing doesn't quite work with my antsy dog getting a bath, but it left her fresh and clean!
