The texture was creamy and much looser than peanut butter. It spreads better if you use a spoon!! Good choice if your interested

The flavor is perfect and there's not a lot of oil separation so it's very easy to stir and doesn't get too thick to scoop out or spread when refrigerated.

I am a big peanut and almond butter fan so not surprised that I also like sun butter. Tasted like what I expected -a sunflower seed taste in a creaming nut butter. I have had it on toast the last two mornings and will try it with an apple for a snack as soon as I go to the story for apples this week. Tasty alternative.

We have been trying out different nut butters in comparison to our traditional chunky peanut butter, so happened to have several in the pantry. Upon comparing the ingredient lists and nutrition label, it’s clear this company is on to something good. Take a look for yourself at the lengthy list of emulsifiers and additives like palm oil, rice, etc in some of the competitors. Nutrition wise, fat, calories, sugar all are very similar. Finally the taste, look, and texture (after stirring as there is separation) were excellent, and in fact the roasting comes through perfectly. We are looking forward to trying to bake some cookies to see how it compares. Try it - you’ll be pleased.
