The sunflower taste is unique and satisfying, offering a great nut free option for those with allergies. However, the texture is a bit too liquid for my liking. It's not thick like peanut butter I put it in the refrigerator to see if it will thickened but it's still runny. I would probably won't purchase this item since I'm not sure how I would eat it. The ingredients are awesome only three seeds sugar and salt no palm oil. I would of liked to try the chocolate butter but my store did not carry it. I would suggest for the manufacturer to write on the label how to eat this product.

I think the one factor that would possibly stop me from buying it often is the sugar content. I feel that there are some tasty alternatives out there that are a lot lower in sugar content and I have to watch my intake of sugar for various personal reasons. I do think this is a nice alternative to standard peanut butter options on the shelf! I do love that it has a good protein content.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to stir before use as the label suggested, especially given that the Natural variety has only roasted sunflower seeds, sugar, and salt as ingredients -- no added oil. And it's delicious as a spread or by the luscious spoonful.
