It can be a bit sticky so if youre mixing it dont add too much if you dont want to end up cleaning everything. I like that its not too sweet just the perfect amount

I put this on banana bread and it worked out really well. Definitely would recommend as a replacement for someone with a nut allergy or just if you want to try something new.

The natural one has that natural butter consistency; a little looser/oilier than your typical Skippy or Jif. I never tried sunflower seed butters but it is like peanut butter with a special nutty hint of sunflower seed flavor. It is creamy and smooth but also have a rich taste.
