Like healthy peanut butter, not the ooey gooey peanut butter that Skiffy makes, which is delicious, but a natural one. Would buy this again. Curious about the chocolate flavor.

I never tried sunflower seed butters but it is like peanut butter with a special nutty hint of sunflower seed flavor. It is creamy and smooth but also have a rich taste. I really enjoyed it and would look forward to get more.

There's 0% Trans Fat, 0% Cholesterol, and 7 grams of protein in each serving which is equivalent to 2 tablespoons. The caloric count is a bit high at 200 calories per serving, but I have to admit I loved the taste. We used on bread and I'm hoping to find more ways to incorporate this into my diet.
