I used it to make protein bites that I normally make with peanut butter and it was just as tasty! It's packed with protein and great for anything you'd typically make with peanut butter. I'm not allergic to peanuts but it is a good option for those who are.

I paired it with the chia seed jam I saw advertised on here as well for a super healthy pb & j alternative. will be purchasing again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great alternative to peanut butter for those who are either allergic or want something a little healthier. It’s just not as thick as I would like when I compare it to my traditional peanut butter. Perhaps the creamy version would be a little thicker. It has less saturated fat than the peanut butter I use and is lower in sodium. Because I don’t consume a tremendous amount of peanut butter, I’m not yet ready to make this switch, but it is a great alternative.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’re not a peanut allergy family but we really enjoyed the sun butter as something totally different. This won’t replace peanut butter in our house but it’s great to have when we just want something else or if a peanut allergic friend is over.

I wanted it to taste like peanut butter, but to me it gives rancid peanut butter vibes (but actually it just tastes like smashed sunflower seeds). However, my boyfriend LOVES it! He says it’s his new favorite thing. Four stars it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was delicious! A little runny but sunflower seed butter always seems runny. Maybe it'll be better with some fridge time. It was sweet in flavor, I would've like perhaps a little more salt to balance the sweet and would have liked the roasty notes of roasted sunflower seeds to come out more.

If you use sunflower butter, this is a great tasting one and the texture is smooth and creamy. You do have to stir the natural sun butter before using but that’s not unusual for natural butters. I prefer the taste of peanut butter better. If you are a sunflower butter fan, than you will enjoy this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sunflower nut butter is just ok. Since I am not medically required to stay away from all nuts, I probably would opt for a different nut butter because the taste was almost a little rancid. It was very oily.
