It was rich and creamy with a really nice sunflower seed flavor. I used it in overnight oats as well as on toast and both versions were delicious. I also used in a banana smoothie and again, it was delicious. This might be my new go to!

One drawback is I don’t think it’s as versatile as other nut butters since the sunflower taste is so strong; I enjoy this on its own or with apples but wouldn’t choose to spread it on a sandwich.

I wanted it to taste like peanut butter, but to me it gives rancid peanut butter vibes (but actually it just tastes like smashed sunflower seeds). However, my boyfriend LOVES it! He says it’s his new favorite thing. Four stars it is.

I had seen it in the store previously and didn't think much about it, but when I actually tried it, I couldn't believe how similar its taste is to peanut butter. Actually, I may like it just a little more than peanut butter, which I didn't expect. And that's saying a lot bc I usually eat peanut butter as a quick snack at least 1-2 times per week. I eat it regularly to get quick protein. I compared its nutritional values and they were just about the same as the peanut butter I had on-hand. I am glad it still has the 7 g of protein and low/no saturated fat just like regular peanut butter too. This is a great alternative for kids that can't eat peanuts due to allergies. It even has almost the same texture and stickiness as regular peanut butter and is actually a little bit smoother and creamier. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend!
