I really wanted to like this meal, but it was disappointing overall. The steak was actually pretty good, and the bread was decent, though nothing special. Unfortunately, the rest of the box had several issues. The potatoes arrived with the packaging completely open, which wasn't very reassuring. The cheesecakes were missing entirely, even though they were supposed to be included. The asparagus was soggy, unappetizing, and went straight into the trash. On a positive note, the herb butter was tasty—but there was only one serving instead of the two that should have been included. Between the missing dessert, damaged packaging, and poor quality of some of the sides, this wasn't the experience I expected, especially for a meal that's marketed as a complete dinner.

The highlights of this meal were the gratin potatoes and the baguette. Unfortunately, the rest was disappointing. The asparagus was soggy and tasted freezer-burned. The ribeye was especially underwhelming ribeye is typically tender, flavorful, and well-marbled, but this one was tough and had an unusual chalky taste. The concept of the meal was great, but the overall quality did not meet expectations.

$90 for a steak and a half lb asparagus and a couple of potatoes? lol.

I didn’t take it like Kurt.. I took it like someone would order it for me, and then say “Surprise! This is for you and I’m cooking you a Valentine Dinner 💝 I’ve drawn you a bath, and the candles are lit… you go relax while I cook, Valentine!”

Received ours super quick! Tons of food for two and such a cute, fun idea! Absolutely delish!

Pricey, but not all people are able to get out due to whatever issue may be occurring.
