This PC is great it got good speed and is perfect for everyday use at home.

So far, it's a great laptop. Though the screen size is the same as my previous HP laptop, everything is much bigger. Resolution makes a difference. Not a fan of the Power Button placement. Too easy to accidently hit it. Has the same flimsy base as my last HP laptop (last 1.5 yrs before the base started to crack in several places) but this one has a stronger piece on the very bottom so I hope that means it won't crack like that last one. My only big complaint is that the power cord loosens or falls out easily. I don't always realize it before my laptop goes to battery saver mode and then I find out. Sometimes it's barely loose but running on battery. Just touching it will make it go back to charging. It's only a couple weeks old and I really hope it will last longer than the previous HP that made it to just under 2 years. But with this power cord issue, I'm not sure. HP wanted my opinion - so here it is.

I'm glad I made this purchase. One small issue I have is with the touchpad; it can be a little temperamental at times and hard to navigate on the screen. Other than that, no major problems. This laptop is amazing for its speed. I'm glad I decided to go with 16 gigabytes of RAM. It is well worth the extra money. I've had this laptop for just over a month now, and I am very pleased! I would recommend this laptop for everyday use.

I am used to a plain keyboard and this one is very complicated with a whole right sided section. I am constantly making typos and I am used to a regular keyboard.

I've had this newly purchased lap top foe a few months now. There are two significant flaw that I discovered, one the keyboard not lit making it difficult to type in low light, the other one is the keyboard letters appear to be fading out. I regret not paying for a better laptop.

Does not hold a charge for very long. Even when it's turned off it still loses battery. It's frustrating to have to keep plugging in all the time. It's a new laptop and yet the battery only lasts less than a days worth of work.

I paid for a warranty for this product. And after ONLY THREE MONTHS, most of the letters wore off on the keyboard. I have keyboards for other laptops and desk tops that are still good after TEN YEARS. I will never buy a HP laptop again.

Worse Laptop I have ever used. Problems turning power on once on keypad does not work. Would like to return who do I email for a shipping label?

I bought this printer bc I wanted something for the house that ink wasn't a huge price factor. I used it twice and now can't get it to work and I tried everything and tried hooking it up to my laptop. Not impressed

Got the laptop, less than a month, HP preferred repair rather than replacement or refund, really very sad. Laptop,still with HP.
