We ended up using it mostly as a dip for the tortilla chips. The flavor was excellent- all I did was add a little sour cream and Cotija cheese and it came out perfect. Even my picky eaters enjoyed it.

Although I didn't have cotija cheese, I added mayonnaise and sour cream, which worked wonderfully. I also rinsed the corn since I'm somewhat sensitive to spice. The result was a hit! The corn was flavorful, healthy, and easy to make. Both my husband and I went back for more. One can makes enough for two side servings, which was perfect for us. Even after rinsing, the corn retained some heat, but it wasn't overwhelming. I would definitely look for this product again.
