These patches do one of three things in my experience: help a popped pimple heal slightly, absolutely nothing at all, actively harm my skin. The main benefit I get from this product is that it acts as a barrier between me and my skin so that it has a chance to heal without me messing with it. The majority of the time I do not see any added benefit from the patch itself except for when I’ve really messed with a pimple and it takes the swelling down some. I have had one experience with this product where the patch actually left a very indented, red mark on my face and it is still healing 3 weeks later (see added photos, it looked way worse in person). It only happened to me on one blemish so I have no idea what could have caused that, but it is something to be aware of. Overall, this is not a miracle cure, so don’t expect to take the patch off and have clear skin underneath. As a side note, I also see virtually no differences between the “invisible” patches and the original. They seem exactly the same to me in every regard.

I really love Hero Cosmetics Might Patch (Invisible) for helping my skin blemishes heal more easily. I like that they are simple yet effective. They cover the blemish and allow it to heal while being protected from being exposed to any more bacteria or dirt. I highly recommend these. I use them for body blemishes as well as facial blemishes.

I've been battling with acne for the past five years and have tried pretty much every over-the-counter solution I could find. After I switched my birth control a few months ago I began to get deeper, more cystic pimples much more frequently. I read about the Mighty Patch on Curology's website and decided to give it a try. Wow! The patch is completely discrete and effective, and speeds up the healing process for these large pimples incredibly. Also acts as a great way to prevent poking/picking throughout the day. If you're prone to larger zits and find it hard to keep your hands off your face (like me) I would definitely recommend.

Worked really well! I noticed it pulled everything to the surface and formed a whitehead before healing. That being said, the patches concealed the pimple and made me less self conscious. I will definitely re order. The only reason for the 4 star is because every time I tried to pee the patch off it kind of pinched over and left a small flap that was pretty noticeable when attached.

Pretty invisible which is nice and stays on a long time. I think the longer you wear it the better... I've been using for 6-9 hours during the day and the results are okay. Not a total miracle patch like it may seem but definitely shortens the timeline for a breakout. I think the best results are probably if you keep it on closer to 24 hours.

I was skeptical before buying these, but they seriously are a life saver. I don’t think I’ve ever written an online review so this should say something! I wouldn’t say they totally get rid of my pimple, but it definitely gets all the gunk out and flattens it, which also prevents me from picking. Plus, they’re clear so I’ve worn them to work or in public and no one even notices. If you’re hesitant, you absolutely should buy these!

I definitely prefer wearing pimple patches at night, but sometimes its necessary during the day. These offer the same strength as the original patch, but feel a little more suitable for going out.
