Pretty invisible which is nice and stays on a long time. I think the longer you wear it the better... I've been using for 6-9 hours during the day and the results are okay. Not a total miracle patch like it may seem but definitely shortens the timeline for a breakout. I think the best results are probably if you keep it on closer to 24 hours.

I was skeptical before buying these, but they seriously are a life saver. I don’t think I’ve ever written an online review so this should say something! I wouldn’t say they totally get rid of my pimple, but it definitely gets all the gunk out and flattens it, which also prevents me from picking. Plus, they’re clear so I’ve worn them to work or in public and no one even notices. If you’re hesitant, you absolutely should buy these!

I've been battling with acne for the past five years and have tried pretty much every over-the-counter solution I could find. After I switched my birth control a few months ago I began to get deeper, more cystic pimples much more frequently. I read about the Mighty Patch on Curology's website and decided to give it a try. Wow! The patch is completely discrete and effective, and speeds up the healing process for these large pimples incredibly. Also acts as a great way to prevent poking/picking throughout the day. If you're prone to larger zits and find it hard to keep your hands off your face (like me) I would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This got all the gunk out of a deep pimple on the side of my nose! I was shocked by how much was absorbed when I woke up! I could feel the pimple under my skin and when it popped out I put the patch on and it did wonders!

These are amazing. I have one spot on my face I couldnt stop touching or picking and it wouldn't go away for almost a year. I keep this on and its almost gone!! Its also great on new pimples. You put it on and a few hours later you can see everything came out on the patch!

They have been an absolute lifesaver with my skin's recent breakouts in this summer heat I have so many small whiteheads that can't be popped without damaging my skin. So you really see it shrinking the pimple which is pretty cool to see ! When you take off the patch you can see the patch white with pus

One day i had this very painful pimple and starpatch usually leaves dark spots on my face, so i tried this out and OH MY GOD, my pimple took faster than usual to come up. It took 3 hours to get all of it up, and the best part is. It’s invisible so nobody knew i had it on! So amazing

Mighty Patches are just so much better than any other brand I have tried! They stay on well and are easy to hide under makeup. Their size is convenient and I love that there are so many in a pack. It usually takes me a couple of patches to get rid of a pesky zit, but they heal much more quickly than without. They also make me feel more confident than when not wearing them if I have a zit.
