Purchased a full size adjustable frame. Very heavy and not packed well. Boxes packed inside the frame were loose and one of the piston rods had come off. I found the cotter pin on the piston because it was magnetized. No where in the instructions tells you how to get the power connected. It also tells you that the legs can be shortened on the page following the page that first tells you to to screw the legs in. There are no instructions on how the remote control works. They need to provide a cheat sheet to links that would show all the steps.

This mattress is unlike anything I have ever experienced in sleeping comfort. It caresses you while you sleep. It’s just a wonderful feeling. Really indescribable. My husband has always been an early riser and now he gets up later than I do, and that’s pretty late.

I have lots of back and neck problems and a bad mattress from earlier this year exacerbated my problems a lot. I bought this mattress after reading many reviews about how great it was for people with bad backs. Unfortunately, it has done nothing to help and has made things worse. I've read it can take 1-3 months to adjust to a new mattress and break it in, but it's been over a month so far and there have been no changes. I am a back sleeper, I use a really high quality neck pillow prescribed to me by a specialist, and even with a pillow under my knees this is causing major low and mid back stiffness/soreness. I am someone who needs a lot of sleep, and this mattress is majorly affecting the quality and length of my sleep because my back cannot handle being in it for more than a few hours. I believe that this mattress is too soft and is not providing the support that I need. I haven't given up completely yet, but I am starting to think about returning it and finding a different one. I am super bummed and frustrated because of all the positive reviews of this mattress, and the fact that it was so affordable and convenient. I will say that I got the package that included the mattress protector, sheets, and king memory foam pillows, and I LOVE those. They are the best sheets I've ever had and the pillows are great for putting under my knees haha.

Easy set-up. Took 2 or 3 nights to get comfortable (bed had to learn us!) We sink in a bit, but then it's very relaxing. It has been about 30 nights and we are very pleased. We don't move around as much as on the old mattress. I always slept on my side and often awakened with stiff neck - now I sleep more on my back and don't move all night. No stiff neck.

I waited a long time for the mattress, imagine my surprise after cutting the plastic and seeing the light stains on the cover. I didn't know what to think. Due to this it took me sometime (a week) to go ahead and sleep on it. My waking up to adjust thru the night has improve and I feel rested. No more pain in my hips. The pain in the shoulders still there but hopefully will improve.

The first night on this mattress was rough as my body needed to get to used to it but the second night and on I have been sleeping a lot better and getting better quality sleep because I seem to be dreaming more than when I slept on my old mattress! It also keeps me cool through out the night! This mattress is firmer than I thought it’d be though. So if you don’t like a firmer mattress you may not like it, but I love mine!

I've had the same mattress and boxspring for years and decided after a recent divorce it was time for a fresh start and a new bed. Nectar had a great deal that included everything I needed and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The bed is amazingly comfortable and has even helped with my insomnia after only a week. Thanks Nectar for giving me the restful sleep I've desperately needed.

The first few nights I noticed a big difference in sleep. The mattress gives Great support, huge difference from what I was sleeping on. I don't toss and turn much at all now. I would have neck pain but after sleeping on this mattress I no longer have neck pain. And I noticed I sleep much cooler.

My husband and I recently bought a much needed new mattress. My husband was doubtful that there could be that much of a difference between the Nectar and our old mattress. After the first night, my husband woke up and said "I cannot tell a lie..." He admitted the mattress far exceeded his expectations for a good night's rest!

I absolutely love how comfortable this mattress is!! The biggest downfall for me is that the mattress makes my body temperature so hot. I’ve purchased various mattress pads/covers to try to reduce this issue but I can’t seem to resolve that. Comfort level=10+ Body temperature factor=3 Being comfortable great but not when you’re sweating.
