Still testing the new mattress -- the Nectar mattress leaves a dent where I lay. When I get up during the night, I noticed a "hole" where I laid. Takes a while to "expand" back to the original firmness. Still not sure if I want to keep it or not! Glad I've got a 365 day trial period to decide!

I purchased a king sized Nectar mattress. After trialing it for several months my back and hip began to hurt because it was too firm. I wanted to return it but they posted to send me a free topper. The bed was perfect! Only problem- the topper wore out in a few months. I called back and they said there was nothing they could do, my trial was over. Not a happy customer!!!

We love it, haven’t had it two months even, but I do feel when I get close to edge of bed support drops off. But neither one of us wakes up at in the night to toss and turn. Sleep straight thru the night and definitely feel refreshed getting up. Thanks Nectar!

Initially caused 7/10 back pain for the first month, but seems to be getting better as time goes on. (5’9.5” 180 lbs) . To give you an idea, my back would be more sore than if I had a back day at the gym. Also the sheets were very warm and not soft that came with it where I would be sleeping at 66 degrees and still be sweating and waking up through the night to try and cool down. Since switching back to my prior bamboo sheets it has been much better and able to sleep at 70-72 if need be. I’ve only tried the foam pillow once but that resulted in a pretty bad neck strain and have not used it since. Felt like that was way too firm for your neck. I did get the mattress with the adjustable frame and for the past 2 weeks have just left it in the G gravity setting which seems to be helping. Still mildly sore with my back in the morning but not nearly as bad. Still undecided if I should return or not as I expected overall a bit more of a ‘cold’ bed and not as firm given it is foam. Not to mention the back pain.

I had a few issues upon delivery, but the customer service was absolutely splendid. My mattress+ equipment was ripped and missing some items (hey, it happens!) and they sent a replacement over pretty quickly. it was a bit of a hassle to verify the items, but understandable. The items got to me quickly and I am all set up now. It is a bit softer than I anticipated, I am still trying to work out the kinks if it's me or if it's the bed why I have been waking up so tired. Plus the mattress and sheets run hot, so please be ready to use your ac and fan if you're a hot sleeper like me. None of these are negatives, just my opinions on my experience. I bought the Nectar because it was supposed to be much cooler than other memory foam beds. I haven't been able to tell that is cooler and it is much firmer than I expected. My husband I are going to give it the full 30 days before deciding if it is really the right bed for us.

Have been sleeping on the new mattress for a week now, and it’s wonderful! Only drawback was that the box was heavier than I expected. Bedroom is on the second floor, and we had to carry it upstairs—all 73 pounds of it. But once we got it up, it’s been great!

We have had our queen size for almost a year, it's still comfortable just not as comfortable as when we first got it. I have hip and back pain that was relieved when we first got our Nectar, now not so much due to sinking spots in the mattress, we tried rotating every month, that seemed to help a bit.

This is the mattress of our new guest Murphy bed. First guest, sister-in-law who has conventional mattress at home, slept soundly the 3 days here and was comfortable staying in bed in mornings after waking. She claimed less tossing and turning. I and my wife would consider Nectar's premium mattress just to see if that might be the ultimate in comfort.

So I had bought a memory foam mattress that hit 8 years and was too soft. Thought about buying this one claiming it would be "just right" tried it and just under a week in my wife starts having back pains and I do too soon after. The mattress wasn't holding us up enough as it claims. We're only 200lbs for me and she's 125lbs. Very typical weight. If we slept close to each other we would start to cave in the middle. Really a bad deal for so much money. Paid more for this mattress than my previous bed yet this one is no good. Order# N-12281833 proof I bought one. And now it's in "refund" process. Can't get my refund until they get proof that the donation company picked it up.
