Just got my nectar!!! Originally it said 44-47 days so i was so dissapointed but it got here in literally a WEEK! It is cureently airing out & looks amazing. So soft and cool to the touch. It definitely feels nice and firm but i have yet to lay on it! I will test it out tonight. I can’t wait!!

I spent weeks searching online for the perfect mattress. After reading hundreds of reviews and ratings, I decided to go with nectar because of the great reviews and their return policy. I love my mattress, I've had it for about a month now and I am looking to purchase another for my guest room.

Unfortunately we received a defective mattress, we waited for a month (30 days) to receive our bed. It’s was so defective we could not even sleep in it. That is not what upset my husband and I, it has been now almost two months since we originally ordered the bed and we are yet waiting to receive a new mattress. You would think since we have paid and already received one which we cannot use, that we would be a little bit of a higher priority. I would have thought a new one should ship within a week or two max. We are very disappointed and are currently without a bed entirely. I have expressed this to customer service but only get told that they don’t know when one will ship. July will be two months now with no bed and our mattress will most likely be potentially another 3 weeks.

The mattress was fairly comfortable, but the strong smell was too much. One of the deciding factors for ne was they advertised barely any smell, give quick. The smell coming off the mattress after I let it air out for a week was still overwhelming. Weeks later it still gave me a headache

We moved from an 8 year old sleep number mattress to a Nectar and I'm so happy with this decision. The first night I slept so hard I literally didn't move until my alarm went off in the morning. No back or side pain, and no awkward bar in the middle of the bed between the husband and I. Funnily enough, we don't even have our actual bed (thanks to furniture backorders and messed up deliveries from the furniture store), so we decided we couldn't wait any longer and have our Nectar just on the floor until our bed arrives, and it's still amazing, that's how much I love it.

so I believe the mattress is a very good mattress I thought it would relieve my lower back pain and possibly make it easier for me to stay asleep but it has not been able to do that. my back pain is not as severe as it was with my whole bed but it's still lingers on the quality however is very good and if you want a good sleep and don't have any issues and probably is a very good mattress maybe a little firmer than most people would like

Never bought one of these types of beds before (bed in a bag) …. But once it was delivered , and we put together (instructions are simple enough. And we got the mattress out of the plastic , once it ??? Shall I say inflated ? Lol ….. it’s like sleeping on a cloud , absolutely love it highly recommended

The customer service is excellent. But the mattress never fully expanded and the sheets had hole sin them, and the pillows were nothing like in the pictures. I end up having my money back for the mattress which is good and now I starred again the hunt for another mattress. I hoped that this would have worked out. :(

I purchased the nectar adjustable frame and mattress. I received frame immediately. But had to wait over a month for the mattress to arrive. Which after calling and complaining about the delay they did give me a 40 dollar credit. Once the mattress arrived I was not happy with it. It is very hot and just feels like you are sleeping on foam. It is so thin the nectar sheets are even to big for the mattress. I wish I would at least have tried one of the premier mattresses because the lower cost mattress feels very cheap and uncomfortable.

I bought my mattress about a year ago. Slats keep moving and the mattress falls through. Some slats are jagged on the ends. We have to take the mattress completely off and try again. I finally gave up at 4:30 a.m. this morning and stayed up. We will rebuild it before I go to bed tonight. Looking for a new steel frame, even though I shouldn't have to this soon. Nectar tells me the frame was put together incorrectly and want me to take the mattress off and send pics of the frame with slats. Never again!
