I didn't know what to expect from the Nectar mattress, but I'm happy I took the chance and bought one. It's incredibly comfortable, and at the same time providing support for my back and whole body. It's definitely an upgrade from my old (10years old) hybrid mattress that was giving me lots of back pain. I'm a happy customer, and would recommend Nectar to all those looking for a better nights sleep.

Really great bed, and very comfortable. I wouldn't say it's firm though. I initially saw that it was somewhat firm and thought I wouldn't like soft beds. When I first got the mattress it looked like it would be too soft, but it turned out to be super comfortable when I slept on it. My back ached a little when I lie on my back on the old mattress, but that hasn't been an issue at all with the Nectar mattress. Only downside is that there is still a tiny chemical smell even after it's been out for a few weeks.

Hip and back pain. I can barely sleep on it anymore, I often end up on the couch. I never loved it, but we got a firmer mattress to hopefully help my husband with his back pain, so I dealt with it. We are a few months after the first year now and it feels harder than ever. He had surgery and now I have pain every night. We can also feel each other moving now, when we couldn't at first. There are no good sleep positions. I have never been a back sleeper, but now often have to until eventually I feel pinching lower back pain and have to move anyways. Stomach is second, but my arms and shoulders hurt after awhile. For side sleeping there is no chance for more than a few minutes. I wake up at night uncomfortable, and lie there fantasizing about the poor review I am going to leave for this mattress. It was a waste of money in my opinion. We are buying a mattress topper in hopes of correcting it. Purchasing the more expensive version with the pillow top may be a better option if you need something slightly softer as I apparently do. If you have any reservations in the first year, don't be lazy, return it. It gets worse not better. The best part of the mattress is that it does not get hot. Aside from feeling firmer than originally it has held up okay so far. Some people seem to like them. Maybe it is better for men's bodies? Regret...

After 1 year of use, we have found our backs hurting more often and not getting many good night sleeps. Not sure what happened. Initially, it was pretty decent and good. But with time, it just went down hill for us. Excellent service though and delivery was excellent too. I think we will start searching for a new mattress soon.

Purchased a full size adjustable frame. Very heavy and not packed well. Boxes packed inside the frame were loose and one of the piston rods had come off. I found the cotter pin on the piston because it was magnetized. No where in the instructions tells you how to get the power connected. It also tells you that the legs can be shortened on the page following the page that first tells you to to screw the legs in. There are no instructions on how the remote control works. They need to provide a cheat sheet to links that would show all the steps.

We live in a 44 foot Fifth Wheel. We were worried about the size of the box and the weight. The size and weight were very manageable. Very easy getting into the RV, down the hall and into the bedroom. We unboxed and easily spread the bed out in the bedroom. We let it sit for 6 hours. We then had THE BEST SLEEP IN 5 years! THANK YOU NECTAR!!!

I’m so glad I took a chance and ordered this mattress. The reviews were all correct, it is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. My boyfriend has a bad back and our old mattress was making him feel sore in the mornings. Once we switched to this one he felt much better. I am very pleased with this purchase and now I want to replace my son’s mattress and the guest bedroom mattress with one also!

Delivered earlier than expected. It was fairly easy to set up but it is pretty heavy. Very comfortable from the first night and still is after a month. Only negative is that it seems to be developing a high spot down the center of the mattress that is not usually slept on.

I was looking for a good mattress and I found the Nectar with thousands of excellent reviews so I was excited and purchased mine. I had to wait six weeks to get my mattress delivered but I didn’t mind because I thought that the the wait was worthed it. The first night sleeping in my new mattress was really bad because I was sinking and falling from bed. My back was hurting the next day, but since it was the first night I waited for the mattress to get a better shape. It's been over a week and nothing changed so I decided to contact them for a refund. They asked me to send them pictures and explain the problems so I did it. I want my money back and they're offering me a new mattress or a different one from one of their sister's companies. I don't want their mattresses and I don't know if mine was defective but I don't want to take the risk.

I ordered my mattress in January 2019 with the base frame. Frame I hated. Corners constantly collapsed on me. Legs were terrible. However, in Jan 2022, I ordered the adjustable frame. I absolutely love my bed now. I will never again sleep on a flat bed. I sleep with feet and head up. I love the massage and USB features. Every night I get in to bed and nuzzle into to comfortable bliss. Can’t tell you how many nights I say “I love my bed!” This mattress is 4 years old and still feels brand new. I’m never going back to a traditional bed. Side note: I didn’t love the pillows until I got the adjustable frame. Now I get it! Before I was a stomach sleeper that always woke up with back pain. Now I am a back sleeper that wakes up in the same position I went to sleep in.
