I tried to return this bed 25 days after I purchased it. I tried to give it a full month to see if it would get softer. When I reached out to customer service to initiate the return, I was offered a free pillow topper instead. I just dealt with it and chocked it up to buyers remorse. Then, 11 months from purchase the frame completely collapsed underneath the mattress. When I tried to initiate the return again, I was told I had a 50 day window to return the frame, but it’s under a 3 year warranty. The website advertises 365-day free trial, which is false. I’m going to try unload this cardboard on Facebook Marketplace and be very honest to whomever purchases.

Had plenty of mattresses over the years but, Nectar is the best thus far. Not a bad price for what seemed to be a highly recommended mattress especially when I was looking for a good bed set at a decent price. Love love the nectar mattress. I was hoping for a decent mattress but never would of thought I would be this satisfied. Far exceeded my expectations! Had my mattress for over a month.

I have been sleeping on my new Nectar for a little over a month, So far, it's ok. I find it comfortable but the cover is loose on the mattress itself (NOT the mattress pad) and I find that it makes my sheets bunch up. I was hoping that when the mattress expanded after unpackaging it would be a tight fit, but it never happened. I'm still holding out hope.

I don't even have the mattress yet but I have to give a bad review based on shipping. I ordered 2 mattresses, paid in full immediately and here it is almost 2 weeks later and they haven't even shipped yet. A poor way to do business as delays weren't reported until a week after I paid. I will update if the mattresses are good enough to change my view.

I saw one of the mattresses in the showroom, and like most people sat and laid on it, and thought that it was not the mattress for me. Went on vacation and stayed at a friend’s house, and in their guest bedroom was the nectar mattress. I was apprehensive, and after five days made a decision, came home, purchased our new mattress. It has been the best purchase I have made in a long time. Sleep on it one night and you’ll know.

So instead of cutting the plastic you unroll it first then cut it witch I did now know but it's really nice I like it it holds the cold and the heat so I go to sleep feeling nice and cool and when the nightmares hit I wack up hot and sweaty in a panic state wich is nice cause if your window like me you can just move over to the other side and your nice and cool again

Simply put, this is an outstanding mattress. I like that it incorporates up to date technology in the mattress industry but isn't so frilly that the price tag is outrageous. This is a fairly priced, wonderful quality and so comfortable. We purchased the Premium Mattress and are very happy with the thick, cushy feel. You sink into it and it is extremely responsive. Contours better than other memory foam mattresses I've tried before. Highly recommend!

I love this new bed. I have not had any more pain since sleeping on it. There was a few days of adjustment getting used to it, but over all my sleep quality since has been amazing. I sink in just enough that I'm supported but not so much that my back or hips are feeling like they are being pulled or cracked. That said, this bed is quite a lot firmer than I expected, but I think thats also why its helped my pain so much. Its got great edge support while sleeping too unlike my old bed, so I dont feel like Im going to slide off.

First of all thank you nectar for being there great product wife and I enjoy our two twin XL beds with the adjustable frames we went from king air mattress to two Twin XL mattresses put side to side to make a king you’ve got reading position TV position very enjoyable one hit of the button And it automatically goes down to sleeping position we enjoy our set up We have been sleeping very well

I was having hip issues (side sleeper) and my partner was having back issues (combo sleeper) with our old mattress and after upgrading, no problems! It took a few nights to soften up and be good for side sleeping. We also purchased an adjustable base to go with this and couldn't be happier with the combo.
