It has been two weeks and the length on one of the side seams does not line up to the mattress form?! I waited over a month for this purchase and would not recommend it. My daughter is looking and needs a king in two weeks. I wish I could refer her. Any feedback on the purchase with the "off seam" I would appreciate it.

We bought this for a spare room, but slept on it a couple nights to be sure we liked it... we did. We sleep on a Tempur-pedic in master BR and that's a tough act to follow, but we'd seriously consider the Nectar when it's time to replace the TP, because those are so outrageously priced these days. A guest niece also slept on the new Nectar and loved it.

I bought this bed hoping I would enjoy it seeing the reviews, but it did not live up to the hype. It's extremely firm, causes me back pain, and I woke up with numb limbs from sleeping on it. I reached out to get a refund and have not heard anything back. If you want to experience pain and discomfort then this is for you. Otherwise find another bed.

As far as the mattress goes, i love it. so so comfy and i sleep great. No soreness at all. I would’ve given 5 stars, but most nights i wake up sweaty. Which is odd, because this has never happened to be before. Not sure if the mattress traps the heat or what. Other than the sweating, i do really enjoy the mattress a lot and would recommend.

My husband is a picky sleeper, yet I can sleep on just about anything (or so I thought), my husband thinks this is the perfect amount of firm yet foamy and now I judge any other bed on how it compares to ours. Very satisfied. A boxed mattress was the last thing I thought we would buy but we have zero regrets.

I am a very dissatisfied customer. This mattress did not work well for us. I noted having knee and back pain after trying it. It seemed like an easy choice to try it since they advertised such seamless returns. My return inquiry began in November 2021 and now January 2022 they have yet to pick up the return or process my refund. They have partnered with another company ShareTown to facilitate the pickup of the return. Sharetown has both made appointments and failed to show, no call or warning. Then sent false information blaming me for their failed practices. They said that I had refused to reschedule. That was entirely false. Now I'm stuck in waiting as Sharetown continues to delay scheduling and pick up. I am unable to purchase another mattress because both of these companies have no regard for our time, efforts, or money tired up in this matter. I do not recommend trying this mattress unless you are committed to keeping it without the possibility of returning. I intend to make this known to as many customers as possible because it has been very unfortunate and totally frustrating.

My boys love their new Nectar Mattresses! The foundation was fairly simple to put together and loved the ease of the mattress being rolled up in a box. Four stars is for the long wait and spotty customer service, until I finally connected with someone who was able to answer my questions.

I was skeptical about buying a mattress online. But this one is the best mattress I’ve ever slept on. No more tossing and turning. Once you hit the bed you’re immediately comfortable and off to a deep sleep. I normally sleep very hot and wake up sweaty, but I noticed I was very comfortable temperature wise.

We have had our mattress for a little over 6 weeks, set up. What a relief to get a good night's sleep! We had some concerns about the foam composition but have found it to be comfortable and well supporting. The extra benefits were the sheet set/mattress cover/pillows! Great quality and they do add to the luxurious feel of the bed. We have trouble getting the dogs out of bed in the morning now, so yes, they love the mattress too! This was one product I believe Consumer Reports missed the mark on, we are glad we purchased it and recommend to everyone we know! Thanks Nectar!
