So comfy! Soft but not too soft. As a side sleeper I notice that the pains in my hips and legs that I would sometimes wake up with are a thing of the past. Just one thing - it was suggested when I received it to open it up on the bed frame - good idea except that it opened up upside down. It was a bit of a struggle for one person and a small one at that to flip it. If it could open the right way up that would be perfect . It was worth the struggle though.

I bought this mattress because mine was hard as a rock and I needed something to relieve my back pain. While I don't wake up with back pain anymore, it's not AS soft as I thought it would be, but it still comfortable. However, I still do wake up in the middle of the night HOT. So it doesn't have any cooling properties for me. (I am not in menopause, and have no health issues to make me have night sweats)

I did a lot of research and then decided on Nectar. So happy with the process (took awhile to receive, but that's true of anything these days). I ordered a queen size and it was a bit heavier than I thought, but the set up was a breeze. As a bonus I received bedding and a topper for the mattress. Couldn't be happier and I'm getting a much better night's sleep.

We bought 4 mattresses and 3 were damaged and the replacement was also damaged. Very poor quality control . Copper mattress won’t puff. Replacement won’t puff . Sucks big time . Do not buy this brand !!! I got 4 for us and kids and just one was good .

We really wanted to love it. This is our second Nectar mattress (our first is maybe 3-4 years old) and this one is so much softer than our first mattress. I guess we were expecting a similar version to arrive but the material, the firmness, and the design have completely changed. Our MAIN issue: if there are two people sharing this mattress, the heavier person will sink in quite a ways (6+ inches) and of course, the lighter person either rolls into them or ends up sleeping on an angle/slope. Neither my fiancé nor I come close to the weight limit. I can’t help but wonder if our mattress is defective. Ironically enough, our first nectar mattress arrived defective (never fully “inflated” and smelled of mold…) so they sent a replacement. The replacement mattress was great and now occupies our guest room since we wanted a larger mattress. Sadly, we will have to try one of the competitors at this point and go through the *fun* process of getting a refund and taking care of this mattress. Oh, and it took two months for the mattress to arrive, with really no warning at all.

Having slept on this mattress for about six months, it has become more and more uncomfortable. There is simply not enough support in it anymore. The bed has developed a divot and I only weigh 135 lbs. it feels like I’m falling out of the bed. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone UNLESS they like a REALLY soft mattress. If you have ANY back problems, keep looking. Large expense for 6 months of use.

I have had this mattress for a month or 2 and I’m still not sure. It’s SO firm but you sink and it’s soft? It’s extremely heavy but fluffy? My body doesn’t ache the way it use to but I’m a tummy sleet and my back still hurts. The pillows are too firm for me. The mattress protector saved my bed from a big pee puddle! For how thin it is I was so shocked I want more! My son sweats a lot, it does hold Heat unfortunately

Up to this point I have had great experiences with memory foam mattresses, so I was very disappointed to find that the Nectar mattress was much too firm for me, so much so that it caused me pain. I even purchased a separate mattress pad to try to get some cushion with it, but it did not help. My husband did enjoy it, but he can sleep on pretty much anything. It wasn't all bad though. We bought a queen and it was not terribly heavy, which I appreciate when putting on sheets, and I also was able to move it around easily with my husband's help. I do think it did a good job of not trapping heat and so it slept cool which is very important to us. Part of the cooling effect was due to the design of the cover material, which I thought was well-made and could be removed for washing. A lot of other mattress claim to be cooling but I do think this one actually did a good job. After looking into other mattresses and talking to some experienced salespeople, it sounds like memory foam sometimes need a break-in period of 60 to 120 days. I'm way too sensitive and wasn't able to endure the back pain that I was getting from this mattress to see if that was true or not. Sadly, because of that I couldn't get rid of it fast enough. Also, the customer service was very helpful in getting my return completed quickly, and I appreciated their help and following through on the satisfaction guarantee.

When I initially bought the mattress there was an extended wait for the arrival of the mattress. I had bought a new frame to go with the mattress because I was advised it would not need a boxspring however I found that without a boxspring the mattress was a bit to giving. However when I changed frames and put a boxspring under the nectar mattress I must say that it has provided a great restful sleep and I have had no further concerns with the mattress.
