Best bed and pillows I've ever owned. Im 311 pounds and unless I'm sitting right on the edge, it supports my just about perfect. Maybe just a little firmer. Might give this one to my son and buy another one a bit firmer. I do not toss and turn anymore and wale up most times in the same position i fell asleep on.

I would give it a zero star if I can. We brought the mattress from a retailer and Nectar is refusing to honor the 365 days trail and return policy based on where we brought it from. I find it astounding that a manufacture is refusing to honor the policy based on where the product is brought. The mattress is defective and all covers are bend inwards. I paid over 2K and the support and help I am getting from customer service is unbelievable. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

My Nectar mattress arrived as expected, was easy to open and did not have any odors as stated by others. It took about a day to see it expand to uniform size expected. It did take about 3 to 4 weeks to adjust as the instructions stated but - I do not wake up with sore hips and shoulders as I did in the past. This mattress relieves those pressure points and supports your body for a restful sleep. I was troubled about buying online sight unseen but its been the best investment in me that I have made in years.

I loved the packaging and the deal. I really wanted to love the mattress BUT the mattress is too soft and its hurting my back. Maybe i can get a firm mattress topper to help. I dont know if they accept returns, this is my first time buying online. 🥺:weary:

If you're on the fence, give it a try... they have a guarantee! The mattress is so comfortable; soft yet firm, for back and side sleepers (sometimes I end up sleeping on my back). I'm also a super hot sleeper and would wake up in the middle of the night to have to change my sheets with my old mattress. I've been using my nectar for exactly one month today, and not one swamp night yet! Worth every penny, IMHO. Oh! I have to mention, when I'm not alone, it's like I'm alone. Can't feel the person next to you move around at all... unless they're hogging the covers, lol!

Definitely the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned. Also the heaviest (only reason for the star deduction). I didn't think to check the weight. This mattress is 105 lbs and it makes changing the sheets very difficult if you have a bad back. I managed to put the whole thing together myself, including the bedframe, out of nothing but sheer determination. I even put the mattress on upside and had to flip it. 105lbs. So be conscious of what side you put on the bottom when opening the plastic. There wasn't very good lighting in the room, so I took a stab at it and was wrong. I'm considering only using non fitted sheets from now on (which really isn't ideal). So my only complaint is how heavy it is, making it difficult to change the fitted sheet :shrug: Other than that it's like sleeping on a cloud. Also, I usually get very hot when I sleep. I've always had to have a ceiling fan. My new home doesn't have one in the bedroom, and I stay perfectly cool with this mattress. The sheets and pillow cases are super cool and cozy, too. My nectar mattress arrived and I aired it out in another room for 24 hours. I assumed the smell would have aired out enough after 24 hours so went ahead and moved it to my bedroom and made my bed. While the mattress was comfortable, I was awoken throughout the first night multiple times by how strong the smell from the mattress was. I then removed the sheets and had to wash all of the bedding due to the smell seeping into my bedding. I aired out the mattress again and ultimately had to move it into another room as the smell was permeating the bedroom. I contacted Nectar's customer support about this and was told that I should have known the mattress would have a strong smell as "all new products smell." When I pointed out their website stated there would be little no smell and that it would dissipate rapidly they then said I could just return the mattress and did not address the order. I'm super dissappointed in both how rude the customer service agents I dealt with were and the strong off gassing that happened with this mattress.

This is my first nectar mattress. I was afraid it would be too hard but it turns out to be just about right I have issues with my back and my hips and my shoulders so anything that's too hard I can't sleep I've been doing pretty good since I got the nectar thank you

Shipping did take a while but that’s to be expected at this time. We needed a larger bed so we went from a Brentwood Homes bamboo queen to a Nectar king. Overall the bed seems to be comfortable and I’m reminding myself it will probably get more comfortable as we use it more. Our previous bed was hard to beat so I try not to compare too much. The only thing I don’t like are the pillows that came complimentary with the bed. They’re the king sized pillows and are flat and hard. Some people may enjoy that but it’s just not my preference.

The mattress is very flimsy like. It sinks in when sitting on the bed and is not medium to firm as I remembered it being described on the website. It is very soft and likely better suited for younger bones. I find It hard to get out of bed as I just Sink into the mattress. It is not supportive at all. I feel that the lack of support or firmness would lead to the mattress needing replacement within 3 years of purchase. I wanted to love my mattress but I do not. I was soooo excited. What a let down.
