My nectar mattress arrived and I aired it out in another room for 24 hours. I assumed the smell would have aired out enough after 24 hours so went ahead and moved it to my bedroom and made my bed. While the mattress was comfortable, I was awoken throughout the first night multiple times by how strong the smell from the mattress was. I then removed the sheets and had to wash all of the bedding due to the smell seeping into my bedding. I aired out the mattress again and ultimately had to move it into another room as the smell was permeating the bedroom. I contacted Nectar's customer support about this and was told that I should have known the mattress would have a strong smell as "all new products smell." When I pointed out their website stated there would be little no smell and that it would dissipate rapidly they then said I could just return the mattress and did not address the order. I'm super dissappointed in both how rude the customer service agents I dealt with were and the strong off gassing that happened with this mattress.

When I was prompted to review, my first thought was, "four stars, it's a little soft." But it then occurred to me that I've been using it for a month and haven't woken up with back pain once. Easily the best mattress I've had so far. It stays cool, supports me well, and buying was quick and easy.

I purchased this mattress for my 3 year old son with hopes of him using it for the next 15 years or so. This mattress is great! Extremely comfortable for my son, and my husband and I find it really comfortable as well. I think it will be a great mattress for him as he grows. We all love it!

i’ve been sleeping on this mattress for over a month now and i’m consistently waking up i. pain. expected a memory foam mattress to be more comfortable than this. i also invested in this product since my back was always hurting. now it still hurts but so do my shoulders and neck. definitely disappointed.

This is our first memory foam mattress. While it's a lot softer than other mattresses we've owned, which has been difficult to get used to, we've noticed it's also more supportive than other mattresses we've owned and the aches and pains we were waking up with after sleeping on our old mattress have mostly resolved. Our only problem with the mattress is that it's still off-gassing more than two months after we first unpackaged it, which is unpleasant. Hopefully that resolved soon.

This may be the softest bed I ever have been on. Seems to be excellent quality. I went to Mattress Firm after to lay on various other beds and they were all more firm. So no issue at all with the company - just be aware if you are not sure then go find a store first before you purchase. Went to the chiropractor for help first time ever for back issues. Hopefully can find something firmer.

Me and my boyfriend were searching for so long for a king size bed. And we kept seeing a lot of different ones that were alright. We decided to just get the Nectar mattress and honestly it’s perfect. It used to take me FOREVER to fall asleep and now I lay down and I’m out within 2 minutes. I wake up feeling refreshed and it’s crazy to me, I never thought We’d find a mattress that worked so well for the both of us. I’m extremely happy with it and I would recommend it to so many people.

Purchased for my wife (26) who has mild scoliosis and struggles to sleep through the night due to pain. She sleeps much more soundly and falls asleep much quicker that she used too. I'm a disabled Veteran (30) and have been napping on her nectar mattress to help alleviate My back, shoulder, and hip pain. I soon hope to be able purchase a Nectar Mattress for myself.

We bought a mattress in January and by July is was uncomfortable, it was not holding its firmness/shape. By September the mattress was just useless to us, due to surgery and the mattress having lost all its support. We reached out to the company via email twice and were ignored after declining accepting 2“ mattress pad and declined purchasing a replacement mattress from their sister company Dream Cloud. When I finally reached a live person on the phone and figured everything is being put in motion for my full refund and being promised a free and no-hassle return, boom four days later I receive an email that a no hassle return and free pick up is not available in my area ( Columbus, Ohio!!!). Instead they give me three options of what I can do on my end to donate & proof, dispose & proof etc the mattress, and all the forms, pictures, signatures, verifications and documentations I have to provide. Neither is hassle free, nor completely free ( forms need to be printed out, verified and scanned and emailed). Like I said, I just had major surgery and I am in no position to move a king size mattress. This company is NOT standing befind their word, their 365 night warranty is neither free of hassle nor cost! I will never recommend this company.

Me and my husband slept on a water bed for over 20 years and it was time for a change as my back and hip would hurt all the time. The Nectar was a great choice. It's a bit firm but I'm hoping in time it will soften. I sleep with no pain on my side for first time in years. Still have some issues lying on my back but no where as bad as on the old bed. I believe my body just has to work the kinks out as it has not been long since we got the nectar. It does hold some heat at times. Thinking about getting a topper to keep it more cool so I don't have to run the fan. All in all a great purchase for the money.
