I will start by saying that the base was super easy to set up and it is sturdy. I love it. The fabric that covers the base is ok, it works. The bed sheets and mattress protector (by Resident, I think) are great, love the way the sheets feel. The pillows I received (also by resident) give me sever neck pain. They are of good quality but too stiff for my neck. First two weeks sleeping on the mattress I had sever nightmares. Followed by nights of tossing and turning. I still can’t seem to get comfortable. I started to regret my purchase and wished I had bought another Purple mattress. In time my body acclimated to the nectar mattress but I still don’t have that moment of “aahhhhh” when I lay down. It’s not like sleeping on a cloud (like the Purple mattress). Could be the pillows are throwing it all off. New pillows are on the way, I will see if it makes a difference. The nectar mattress is well made. No issues there. The price is right too. I think the nectar mattress has a lot going for it but I am still figuring out how to make it work for me personally. (A bit about me, female, age 45, about 140lbs, 5’4”, somewhat active.) I prefer to sleep on my back but on the nectar, it seems I can only get relatively comfortable on my sides. All and all, mixed feelings.

After the first foundation broke, the company did issue us a new one. Now within six months, the second foundation broke and we are requesting a refund. Because it’s after their “trial” period they informed us we cannot get a refund. Let me say it’s not a cheap foundation in cost but appears to be in material. I would have been better off with a metal frame and box spring / mattress.

I have a bad hip and a bad backwards dis that are bone on bone at this point. Sleeping is not usually a very comfortable thing for me. This bad supports me everywhere I need it and for the 1st time in years I am sleeping through the night. Highly recommend this.

Mattress sleeps ok in the beginning, however after awhile the longer you sleep on the mattress the harder the mattress feels. I have a lot of pain issues and my back pain issues are worse now than they were before I started sleeping on this mattress, so I believe this mattress is not the right fit for me.

About a month into this mattress and it has been amazing so far. Me and my husband slept great first night didn't even have those transition pains waking up. We have been sleeping a lot better. Delivery was fast, set up for the foundation was easy. We love the sheet set it came with and the pillows are amazing. We are hot sleepers normally. But it's been different so much better the last month. Now hopefully the warranty can be upheld if need be.

At first, I LOVED this mattress. Great support, comfortable, everything. 4 years later however, both sides have caved in so deeply that is unusable. The edges and very center are still in decent shape, so Nectar won't warranty it. The areas in which we actually sleep though have lost ALL support. I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to get Nectar to do something about it, and today they told me "tough luck". I would HIGHLY WARN anyone against getting their mattress. We only sleep 6 or so hours a night, so it's not from prolonged use, or abuse. Wish I had gone with another company, and hope you read this and do the same!

We bought this because of back and shoulder pain as was supposed to stay cool. IT DOES NOT keep you cool. I would send back and tried to but did not give it the 30 days sleeping on time frame. Now I just put up with it because missed the time frame to send back.

I have never purchased a foam mattress before so I was very hesitant and had super low expectations. It was a great price and shipped right to my house so out of convenience I bought it. Turns out, it is my favorite mattress! Perfectly firm and squishy. I love it!

Although the process of receiving the mattress was a hassle since only after ordering I found out that it takes close to a month for the mattress to ship, the product itself is awesome! I have really been enjoying it and no longer have shoulder pain that I used to get from sleeping on my side on my old spring mattress. I also enjoyed the serenity sleep bundle of sheets, pillow cases and mattress protector that came with my purchase. Highly recommend it, but be mindful of the long shipping period and don’t wait until the last minute before moving to order it.

So far been about a month or so. Purchased due to bad back. I’ve been very pleased with my purchase. Did have to get the firm pad because I like a really firm mattress. Their customer service is beyond amazing!! They went above and beyond to help me.
