I love this mattress, but there is a smell. Granted, the literature that is included earns of it. But two weeks after unboxing the smell is still hanging around. It’s best described as stale, wet cigarettes. Also the surface of the mattress is very smooth so sheets slide all over it. I’ve tried many different kinds of sheets and all of them slide right off or are very slippery underneath me under the night. It’s very disturbing to my sleep and causes me to be hot because the sheets bunch up. Overall the mattress is good but I wish I had known about these quirks beforehand.

I have had my mattress for exactly 2 years now and I have better sleep on our worn down couch. My knees hurt every morning from waking up, I've had more pinched sciatic nerve issues in the past 3 months, and my shoulder cuts off feeling to my arm if I sleep on my side for more than 30 minutes. 1 year refund, 2nd year crap

The lifetime warranty without a doubt gives me security should the mattress not last; but I have no doubt that it will live up to standards. The day it arrived, every time I lay on it, I would get stuck for half an hour because of how comfortable it was. I am generally a stomach sleeper, but cannot sleep on my stomach on most mattresses as it is uncomfortable. About a month in I am very happy to have purchased the Nectar mattress.

Recently wanted to upgrade my sleeping situation from a Full to a Queen and came across Nectar. After comparing all of the other options online, I ended up with Nectar and have not regretted it since! As a side sleeper, it is so comfortable and easy to get a good nights rest! Honestly the best sleep ever!

I truly wanted to fall in love with this mattress. Initially is very comfortable. After a few nights sleep, I began getting back pain. I went on vacation and after coming back and sleeping on the mattress again, the same back pain returned. I suppose the plush may not be for me. The other issue I found was that the edges of the bed aren’t very sturdy. Again, maybe because I purchased plush. Unfortunately I will have to return my mattress.

We really wanted to love it. This is our second Nectar mattress (our first is maybe 3-4 years old) and this one is so much softer than our first mattress. I guess we were expecting a similar version to arrive but the material, the firmness, and the design have completely changed. Our MAIN issue: if there are two people sharing this mattress, the heavier person will sink in quite a ways (6+ inches) and of course, the lighter person either rolls into them or ends up sleeping on an angle/slope. Neither my fiancé nor I come close to the weight limit. I can’t help but wonder if our mattress is defective. Ironically enough, our first nectar mattress arrived defective (never fully “inflated” and smelled of mold…) so they sent a replacement. The replacement mattress was great and now occupies our guest room since we wanted a larger mattress. Sadly, we will have to try one of the competitors at this point and go through the *fun* process of getting a refund and taking care of this mattress. Oh, and it took two months for the mattress to arrive, with really no warning at all.

If you like a hard bed - that will wreck your spine. This bad boy is for you. I think we both gave it about 3 nights and had such bad back pain - we moved our old mattress back on and had this sit in the spare bedroom until it was time to return. Not for us!

I’ve been sleeping on my new mattress for a couple months now and I can honestly say I haven’t slept better in my life. I was worried that the mattress would be too soft or too hard or that the smell of the memory foam would be too much, but I was very pleasantly surprised. There was very little odor and even that dissipated very quickly. The firmness is perfect, and I am both a side and a back sleeper. I usually wake up multiple times a night with one limb or another in a bad position and beginning to ache, Ut that hasn’t happened since I got the Nectar Mattress. So far, so good. This has been the best decision I’ve made in a while.

We have had the bed 3 days. When it arrived a piece was missing, crucial to set up. We were told it would be several days before it would be sent. The frames stay together because we have it in a frame, but every morning there is a 3 inch gap between the mattresses when we wake up and then slide to the foot of the bed. I have ALS and I need an adjustable bed. Wish we would have purchased local.

I bought my nectar mattress in June of 2020. For a while, this mattress slept great. Around July 2021 I began waking up in pain from my neck to lower back. Being outside the "trial" period I was unable to return or exchange this mattress. I can only assume the material isn't meant to last, and now I'm stuck trying to find a new mattress. I simply cannot recommend this mattress at it's price point because if that reason.
