I have given it two months and tried switching the orientation but I'm really not happy with this mattress. It slopes to once side, feels like I'm going to slide off it, and is extremely uncomfortable to sit on, sitting to read is virtually impossible. It's hard to move around when lying on it and very difficult to get up from. I was really looking forward to this bed but I'm seriously unhappy with it and pining for my old bed!

I have been sleeping in this mattress for a little more than a month now and I really like it. I am 70% side sleeper and I used to have shoulder and hip pain, and now that pain has almost disappeared! I can see the benefits of the way the mattress stabilizes my sleeping position and I can have a deeper sleep thanks to the motion absorbing feature that avoids partner disturbance.

I am 80 years old, 5' 11" tall and weigh around 180-185 lbs. I bought a full size classic foam mattress. I am impressed with the feeling of consistent body support sleeping on my back. Side sleeping is also good. There is a lack of support when sitting on the edge. Fortunately I don't sleep sitting on the edge of the mattress. I am getting a good night's sleep with this mattress.

We have a split king and ended up buying our daughter a full size adjustable. It’s been the best sleep and all the massage features are amazing. My only complaint is the split king mattresses slide apart when we try to snuggle. My husband is going to put small bars on the sides so they stay together. We tried the mattress non-slip pads but they don’t work. Other than that it’s so command worth every penny.

For years I would wake up throughout the night to find a comfortable position to sleep and would get out of bed in the morning with a stiff back and not feeling rested. That has now changed since I have my nectar mattress! I fall asleep faster than I ever did and wake up in the morning feeling rested and relaxed. Thanks Nectar!

I've had a foam mattress from a competitor that rhymes with schmuft and needle...and I was having so much back pain. We finally bought a nectar after months of research from online interviews and we are so happy with our purchase. The first week I actually got sleep because I wasn't tossing and turning like I was with my old mattress. Highly recommend to others.

This mattress is super comfortable and I love how it shapes to my body. However I did go through a period where I would wake up with awful back pain because I was not used to such a firm bed. Good purchase and happy with it, not sure I’d get it again though.

My nectar mattress arrived and I aired it out in another room for 24 hours. I assumed the smell would have aired out enough after 24 hours so went ahead and moved it to my bedroom and made my bed. While the mattress was comfortable, I was awoken throughout the first night multiple times by how strong the smell from the mattress was. I then removed the sheets and had to wash all of the bedding due to the smell seeping into my bedding. I aired out the mattress again and ultimately had to move it into another room as the smell was permeating the bedroom. I contacted Nectar's customer support about this and was told that I should have known the mattress would have a strong smell as "all new products smell." When I pointed out their website stated there would be little no smell and that it would dissipate rapidly they then said I could just return the mattress and did not address the order. I'm super dissappointed in both how rude the customer service agents I dealt with were and the strong off gassing that happened with this mattress.

We purchased this to replace another memory foam mattress which I loved. I was concerned that I might not like this one as well. No need to worry, this mattress is great! I had no problem adjusting to the change. My husband took a few days to adjust, but no complaints now. Very comfortable mattress! If you have never had a memory foam mattress you should give one a try. They are awesome!

I gave your company a 1 star only because there were no options for zero. I have shared multiple emails about the breakdown in communication that I experienced. And the reoccurring lack of effort by Nectar. As well as the lack of transparency about the processing of orders. I'm really not sure how Nectar can continue to compete in the very crowded "bed in a box" space with the current customer experience proposition being offered. You can only transfer blame to third party vendors so often without having your credibility impacted. I ordered from your competitor and had a fulfilling customer experience. No issues with delivery. They delivered the product on time and without issue. Unlike Nectar, they blamed no one. In closing, I'll never use, promote, or refer Nectar.
