We purchased the basic Nectar thinking it wouldn’t be as firm as it was but it was too firm for us. We had it for a year and it just progressively hurt our backs more, so we returned it. Customer service was excellent and gave us a free topper which didn’t end up helping us, but that isn’t their fault. I would recommend going a step above the basic Nectar if you aren’t sure. I firmly believe our bed would work for some people, just not us. Customer service was friendly and awesome.

Initially skeptical of the mattress quality and how it would hold up. A month in and so far It's been wonderful. Bed doesn't get too hot and gives great support. Overall, very happy with the purchase so far. Will see how it fairs over the course of the year, but likely will do well given it's current track record.

I realized there isn’t enough of a cooling featuress to this mattress however even though they say I am more HOT then ever. my significant other is more comforts than ever.!Please forgive me for what I’ve caused I thought I was a solution not a problem. I apologize for all the problems. I need to Stand by the love of My life, my husband he is my all and ALL. STEP UP. LOVE ONE ANOTHER AND ALLOW GOD TO Penetrate in this easier we Have to be prayed. Having slept on this mattress for about six months, it has become more and more uncomfortable. There is simply not enough support in it anymore. The bed has developed a divot and I only weigh 135 lbs. it feels like I’m falling out of the bed. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone UNLESS they like a REALLY soft mattress. If you have ANY back problems, keep looking. Large expense for 6 months of use.

So soft and plush I feel like I melt into bed every night. I used to wake with horrible neck pains with my old mattress and that has ceased to exist since switching. No more annoying tossing and turning creaks either. My partner rarely wakes me anymore. Overall amazing bed! Best decision ever to switch

I ordered this mattress after reading so many good reviews. Now that I have it, not sure why it was so hyped up. My experience had been less than satisfactory since having for about a month. It honestly just feels like a big pillow that will not last the test of time. Planning to return it, but now have to find another mattress ☹️.

This is our 2nd nectar (for a different room) we've purchased in 2 years. We love our king sized and bought a queen for a guest bed. The new queen seems even better than our other one! Love them both and don't see a reason to never buy nectar again for any other mattress needs.

Waiting, waiting, sleeping on the floor, waiting some more, it'll be there next week, a week passes & it'll be there NEXT week, make payments on bed I don't have yet. Going on a month. Will not expedite shipping, basically said sorry and continue waiting. Cannot recommend unless you don't need a mattress until next quarter, and you are willing to wait, wait, and wait some more on your mattress. Likely going to buy a helix tonight and refuse or return the three nectars if the king arrives later.

I was a little nervous about this mattress but we needed something ASAP and I’m so glad we took the plunge because this mattress is so comfortable! I don’t even realize when my husband gets in and out of bed anymore and doesn’t wake me up! The dogs love it too

It’s way softer than I was expecting it to be. I purchased this mattress because the one I had before was too soft and my back was hurting. After doing my research, watching tons of videos and reading a lot of descriptions I bought nectar. And got disappointed, because it’s not responding to the ads and descriptions that I’ve seen.
