Upon arrival the mattress was left outside in the rain by the delivery person, but there was no damage to the mattress. Besides that the delivery and unpacking process was very simple. This mattress is very comfortable and I am glad to have it. It is very quiet as well if that is a concern for anyone.

I purchased a Nectar mattress for myself 1 year ago because of waking up with back pain every single day and the reviews were great for people with back issues. After a year I can honestly say I wake up feeling little to no pain compared to my old traditional mattress. My 2nd purchase of the Nectar mattress was for my 8 year-old grandson who for almost a year now has been telling me how much more comfortable my mattress was compared to his so I bought him one and he said he sleeps so much better. Thank You Nectar you now have 2 happy customers for life!

I purchased this mattress for my 3 year old son with hopes of him using it for the next 15 years or so. This mattress is great! Extremely comfortable for my son, and my husband and I find it really comfortable as well. I think it will be a great mattress for him as he grows. We all love it!

When I was prompted to review, my first thought was, "four stars, it's a little soft." But it then occurred to me that I've been using it for a month and haven't woken up with back pain once. Easily the best mattress I've had so far. It stays cool, supports me well, and buying was quick and easy.

My new mattress is great; I purchased a mattress during Black Friday sale due to 2 great reviews I got from loved ones. I was told Nectar did a great job and were super helpful with removing your old mattress same day they delivered your new one for you. This was not my experience; it's been 4 weeks and they still haven't sent someone to pick up my old mattress. Super disappointed as I'm unable to remove it from my home by myself.

The customer service is great. I haven't had my mattress for 30-days. So, I'm still settling in. I purchased because of the price and back pain. It's comfortable, but could be firmer to support my back. I'll wait until 30-days after delivery to determine if I need something firmer or a firm accessory to add on top of the mattress.

I am not at all thrilled about the mattress. It is comfortable enough but the entire experience has left me unwilling to recommend. First, our original mattress was shipped and subsequently lost with no updates until I had to reach out a few times. No big deal, that can be on the carrier. The next mattress came and even after a month it still has not unfurled completely. The end of the bed does not lay flat so I have to shove it under the headboard or else there will be a lip and rise in the mattress. It does not fill out all the way and overall looks cheap and flimsy. The only reason I haven't returned is because there is an arduous picture taking process so that they can confirm my mattress isn't laying flat. Am in the process of looking at options but I am very disappointed in the quality.

After dealing with my first real breakup, I was on the hunt for a bed that I can call mine. I found my best night of sleep and could never be happier. Perfect mix of soft and firm + sheets + pillows… all for an affordable price! He can keep the old mattress. I found Nectar!

Absolutely terrible. First, 2 weeks went by after I ordered the mattress with zero communications from the company. Then one day I was notified that I’m special and will be getting the new and improved model. Not cool - I didn’t purchase the new improved model. I haven’t sat on the new model. I don’t know anything about the new model. And FINALLY I get shipping details with a date of delivery for April 26. That was yesterday and I STILL HAVE NO BED. I will never buy here again. Nor will I recommend to anyone.

I bought a queen in May 2020 (order #3762596). We love that mattress so much! When we moved, we wanted a king so figured we would get the same Nectar bed. This new bed is so hard and not comfortable. I wake up with numb limbs and a sore back. I definitely will be returning it. Did the quality change? Was my mattress defective? Seems like they may be just forgot to put the memory foam in it like our old queen bed.
