I was super excited about this mattress and the amount of comfort I would experience based on the description. I’ve been sleeping on it for a month now and can say that it’s OK. I still wake up with lower back issues - so much so that I lie down on my futon to crack my lower back. The only reason I purchased is because I was sleeping on a twin with my 46 lb dog. I thought this would be as comfortable as my twin size mattress, and it’s pretty comfy… just not enough for my lower back issues.

I had a Nectar mattress for 11 months. I found the mattress to be too warm for my liking, although my wife loved the added warmth and did not require the use of an electric blanket. We decided this mattress was not for us. I reached out to the customer support group to initiate a return using the 365 night guarantee. I the steps I had to follow are clearly spelled out in their return information available on the website. I expected the process to be difficult, but it was very easy and within days of providing proof of pickup, my credit card was refunded. I give Nectar 5 stars as a company and would recommend them to family and friends

I do love the feel of the mattress I do not get hot. Only downside it took a little bit to get use to as a side sleeper. The sides cave a lot. Also finding sheets that stay on the mattress is a little hard. I do really enjoy the mattress overall. It’s a lot softer than im use too but that is not a downfall

We purchased the bed in March of 2020 and loved it at first. However, by December of 2020, we discovered that it had become concave where we each sleep. There is a mountain in the middle of the mattress and 2 valleys on either side. We are smaller than average people. I should have returned it, but my daughter had just been born and I had my hands full with a newborn and a toddler. We need to buy a new mattress, we just haven't had the time. This shouldn't happen to a mattress in 9 months. I do NOT recommend.

The mattress, my second, is wonderful. The sheets and mattress cover from Resident had significant black stains on both. Since this was part of the promotion, I am very disappointed in that piece of the transaction. Otherwise, there would be a 5 star review.

It’s pretty :grinning_face_with_star_eyes: I will say. But less than 7 months it feels like a rock. I have to sleep with pillow underneath my side to get any kinda of relief. Each night, I become more uncomfortable and realizing that I’m will have to purchase a new mattress soon. Additionally, the platform that’s sold is not the best quality and a bit shaky. Buyer beware

On my second "mattress in a box" purchase. Returned the first one after the 100 day trial because I wasn't 100% happy with it. The Nectar mattress isn't as firm, and I do still have a little back pain in the morning, but I am hoping that it gets better with time. Overall, happy with the mattress.

I purchased a new mattress and bedframe approximately November/December in 2021. We decided to upgrade from a 7 year old coil mattress and boxframe to the a nectar bed. There was an issue with shipping but that was not due to the manufacturer (Nectar), and Nectar kept me updated to the situation. It was my fault for buying a new mattress during the holiday season and i know its a busy time, so it was an understandable issue. At first, I would initially rate the mattress 5 stars. During the year of 2022, we began noticing that "the spot" (indentation), which is right in the center of the bed. "The spot" me is almost like a black hole that pulls us to the center of the bed. When we first noticed the spot we started rotating the bed to get a head of it but to no avail. Now unfortunately the best sleep we both get is when one of us is not in bed. If we both are in bed, we either end up almost on top each other or we are uncomfortable trying to sleep on the edge in order to not roll toward the center. We are now back to having back/shoulder aches in the morning. I understand that indentations do occur but after a year is early in my view. In my eyes we are average in weight, myself being 215bs and her being 125lbs. Unfortunately I believe we will be purchasing a new mattress in the near future, and it will be most likely from an in-person purchase instead of an online retailer. However, I will continue to use the bedframe for the new mattress.

I’ve birthed three children and I’m about 30 pounds overweight, I’ve had hip issues and sciatic issues for years. I’m a side sleeper so my hips and shoulder would hurt so bad throughout the night on my old mattress. I thought that if I was heavier that I needed a softer mattress. Boy was I ever wrong! This mattress is firm but it conforms to every curve of my body. Whether I’m on my back, side or stomach. I’ve waken up since morning one after sleeping on my Nectar mattress with no pain! And I’ve slept so deep that I could lay there for 12 hours if my lifestyle allowed. So happy!!!

loveee my new mattress! the memory foam in UNREAL. i have back pain issues and i've seen such a huge improvement since sleeping on the memory foam mattress. the delivery time was very long (took just over a month since I ordered it) so I would advise to plan to buy ahead of time. overall great mattress!
