Im a little over a month in with it, it is initially comfortable when you first lay on it, but it is a Very warm mattress, even with the cooling mattress cover, it just locks in the heat, and I wake up sweating almost every night, I am a constant side sleeper, and my lower back has been hurting more and more lately unfortunately. I'm going to give it one more month before considering my 365 day money back guarantee. I've read that alot of people have similar issues with their mattress.

I've had the same mattress and boxspring for years and decided after a recent divorce it was time for a fresh start and a new bed. Nectar had a great deal that included everything I needed and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The bed is amazingly comfortable and has even helped with my insomnia after only a week. We’ve had this mattress for a year. I work out of town a lot and missed the window to return it. Both my husband and I find this mattress awful (me a little more than him). Constantly waking up all night…horrible neck pain. My shoulders are constantly aching and falling asleep. Horrible knee and hip pain too. I’m not sure how, but this mattress is too firm/hard and has no support at the same time. We purchased the frame and headboard and 6 months into owning it, we figured we would try putting it in box springs to see if that helped…it didn’t. If you’re a side sleeper and don’t like a firm mattress, or if you need hip support, this may not be the mattress for you. If you like a real firm mattress, go for it.

So glad I purchased this mattress!! Decent delivery time considering the covid delays I waited about 2 weeks but it was worth the wait!!! Easy set up and good to go very quickly! The comfort and quality of this bed is great! Not too hard not too soft. I generally sleep on my back so this was a perfect fit for me. Highly recommend this mattress!

I bought this for my wife's side. The 12 inches is nice thickness and does sleep well, but the edges are soft and lack the support when you get into and out of bed. I think over time it well not get any better. Also, It is lighter them the other one I purchased and the chemical smell was not as bad, which didn't take long to go away. This firmness is for more people that weigh less than 180 lbs. Still a good mattress for the price

I was excited to get this bed. I have alot of health issues so I thought this was the answer. I dont notice anything better than my old mattress. It also seems to bend at the same place with my adjustable bed frame. Glad there's a warranty on it. Not sure if I'm keeping it yet.

(Your representative on Chat suggested that I post this.) I hesitate to write this for fear that you may think that I am a chronic complainer. However, in fairness to you, I need to let you know about my experience with your mattress. In early April, my wife and I ordered one of your Premier mattresses. I placed the order after a lot of research and conclusion that Nectar was the best option for a new and reliable mattress. After our first night, we were firm Nectar mattress believers. After the first couple of nights, we noticed that many morning aches and pains had almost disappeared. We were so impressed that we began letting our family and friends know about our discovery. Then, I noticed that on one side of the mattress, it appeared to be sagging. It looked like the top layer of foam was not cut straight, resulting in an obvious drooping in the middle of the left side. I notified your customer service and provided the requested photos. After their evaluation, it was determined that the mattress was defective and they graciously sent us a new one. I was told to dispose of the old one, which I did. Unfortunately, almost everything we enjoyed about the original mattress seemed to be missing in the next one. Unlike its predecessor, it was much less firm and did not provide the quality night’s sleep we had enjoyed. When I turn over at night, it's like I am laying atop a bowl of Jello! The difference has been so dramatic that I wondered if I had been sent a regular Nectar and not the Premier. It is, however, labeled a "Premier." Needless to say, our disappointment has been very real! At this point, I am not asking you to do anything to remedy the situation. You have honored your warrantee thus far, and I have no doubt that you will continue to do so. We intend to continue sleeping on the mattress for the next couple of months to ensure that all this is not just our imagination. However, in light of the fact that old aches and pains have recurred, I must say that I am not optimistic. Please allow this information to document the problem we are having so it won't be a surprise if we choose to return our mattress in the future. Thank you for your time.

I will start by saying that the base was super easy to set up and it is sturdy. I love it. The fabric that covers the base is ok, it works. The bed sheets and mattress protector (by Resident, I think) are great, love the way the sheets feel. The pillows I received (also by resident) give me sever neck pain. They are of good quality but too stiff for my neck. First two weeks sleeping on the mattress I had sever nightmares. Followed by nights of tossing and turning. I still can’t seem to get comfortable. I started to regret my purchase and wished I had bought another Purple mattress. In time my body acclimated to the nectar mattress but I still don’t have that moment of “aahhhhh” when I lay down. It’s not like sleeping on a cloud (like the Purple mattress). Could be the pillows are throwing it all off. New pillows are on the way, I will see if it makes a difference. The nectar mattress is well made. No issues there. The price is right too. I think the nectar mattress has a lot going for it but I am still figuring out how to make it work for me personally. (A bit about me, female, age 45, about 140lbs, 5’4”, somewhat active.) I prefer to sleep on my back but on the nectar, it seems I can only get relatively comfortable on my sides. All and all, mixed feelings.

This mattress is fairly firm closer to the edges but noticeably softer in the center. This is okay if you sleep in the center of the bed but it may be slightly uncomfortable if you like to roll around and notice that one side of your body is sinking into the mattress more than the other, causing you to feel tilted while you sleep.

My biggest hesitation with this mattress was the long shipping time, but it came faster than I expected! It was work sleeping on a camping mat for a few days for sure. I had back pain that is mostly gone, and the pillows are comfortable as well. I will say it's not quite as cooling as other mattresses, but I don't mind it at all and I run a little hot when sleeping. Cradles you just right.
