The order arrive quickly. However, was not in a box and delivered to my address number but not my unit number But all that isn’t really the issue. The bed is way to soft. I can barely get out of it. I called customer and they are sending a topper for it. I hope that fixes it.

great mattress and quick deliver. I do prefer to sleep on the nectar mattress without the mattress cover as for some reason even as thin as it is there's an overall firmer feeling when its on. I prefer the more semi-sink-in feeling so just fitted sheet over the mattress is the right feel. so far so good.

The mattress didn't work out for our 95 year old father, but returning it was a quick, painless process. My emails were answered promptly and an effort was made to make us happy. After a couple months, I can say that I typically sleep much better and wake up much more well rested than I did before upgrading. I wouldn’t say that I notice any cooling effects but I must sleep with a blankie so I don’t blame them. Will most likely buy again

I've had this mattress only 1 month, there is already a low spot where I lay on my side of the bed. Besides that I am not sleep well at all. I wake up 3-4 times a night hot and with soreness. I am happy I didn't chunk my old mattress for I am swapping it out when I'm done with this review.

I bought this mattress around 3 months ago. I also bought the adjustable bed frame. The mattress is very comfortable. I was worried because you couldn't choose soft or firm, but it's in between soft and firm. I turn my mattress every 3 months to even out wear of the mattress. It works well on adjustable base. I am very pleased because I do not wake up with back aches or other body parts aching. I sleep through the night and it has been a blessing for me.
