I was looking for a firm bed because I was having back and rib problems from using a bed that was too soft. I decided to give Nectar a try because of the long sleep trial period. This bed is VERY firm. It has definitely helped with my problem as I do not wake in the morning with very much pain any more. However, it's so firm that I wouldn't call it comfortable. Fortunately the long sleep trial period gives me time to see if it is something I will get used to. I would rate it higher if so, but lower if not.

BED FRAME IS ONLY COVERED FOR 50 DAYS. Purchased a complete set. We were unhappy with the mattress 10 days in. Called to return. We were told you have to wait 30 days before you can return it. No mention of the bed frame policy. So, we decided we had the year and would give the mattress a longer try as it was for a guest bedroom. As friends came and went the same complaint on the mattress was shared. So, we went to return the bed to find out that we can return the mattress but not the frame. So, it's NOT a Full Warranty. The rules on the frame are never explained in full and now have a bed frame we cannot use with a mattress we weren't happy with. We feel this is a misleading business practice and caution those purchasing to be clear on what's covered at the time of your purchase.

The process and shipping, was awesome. Unpacking by yourself was a little difficult, it is heavy, but I managed. I’m on the fence still about comfort. I had slept on a few other memory foam mattresses and loved them. I have back issues and thought this would help. Nectar was recommended to me by a friend. It’s comfortable, but it just feels flat, I’m not finding it to be body molding. I still wake up with a sore back, and may have to add a topper to it. The cooling function works, I can definitely find a cool spot in the bed if I get hot. I’m glad I made the move from a traditional mattress, I just need to find a happy medium.

Finally found an affordable, luxurious mattress! Love the ‘unfolding’ process when you open the box & let this expand….. I sleep heavenly in my new Nectar queen mattress & just love the whole ‘kit’ - bed frame, headboard, linen and mattress pad. A total package!

While this seemed slightly less firm than I was used to at first, I've slept great on it. It also doesn't seem to have the issue my last mattress like this from another company did where hot air would come up through the mattress. Good value for the money.

I bought this sight unseen and was a little wary. I usually spend a couple of hours in a mattress store before making such an important purchase. As mine was worn out I decided to do a little research and saw that Nectar was looking like a winner! I bought it and haven' looked back since! After it thawed out (it was in the negatives) unrolled and expanded I gave it a couple of hours before trying it. I fell in love, I don't think I'll be going to another brand from this. I'm a 5'10 180lb male and though I saw some reviews that made me think I might be too light for it, it feels like it was made for me!

We have a Nectar Mattress and the first month to second we slept good. We then started feeling like our Nectar was feeling like the one we replaced and asked to have it replaced. Not a refund, a replacement. We were asked to send pictures, we did. Then they wanted more specific pics, we did. Then the pics were still not quite what they wanted. So, now we are back to sleeping like we did on our old mattress without a resolution to the problem. We are still within our 365 day trial. So, we believe the picture game is to drag things out to pass 365 so we have a whole different type of issues. 365 trial should be without complication, especially when a refund is not being requested, but should still granted even if it is. Hint's the term trial.

Started out buying one for my son. Tried it and loved it. My daughter bought one and she says she sleeps like the dead. I bought two more for my vacation home for which I get guest reviews stating how comfortable the beds are. I finally bought two more for my adjustable bed in my master bedroom. Clearly we love Nectar.

I never had a foam mattress before. So this is my very first experience and My husband and I can’t get enough of it. I used to constantly wake up with neck and back pain before. It’s not the case anymore. It’s perfectly firm, giving your back just enough support that you need. But it is also so cozy. My husband says he feels like he is sleeping in a marshmallow land. I usually fall asleep on the side, but wake up on my back. And I feel comfortable sleeping either way. I honestly can’t recommend it enough. We had it for almost a month now.

I already had a memory foam mattress.I ordered this one in hopes to ease back and neck pain.So far Ive not noticed a difference between the two.Also if your gonna refer someone make sure you 2 knkw the right way to do it.I used my email to order my bed,then referred my aunt to mattress but since she doesnt do email I had to use mine.Now it keeps telling me that I have to buy another mattress if I want referral reward.Not big deal just wish had known ahead of time.
