I am very happy with our mattress so much so I bought one for our daughter (a new mommy). It's been over a month and there is no word on when she will receive it. I was told they are having "slight delay due to volume on the delivery capacity we are experiencing with fulfillment & shipping " Yet pillow package arrived weeks ago. And daily I'm bombarded with texts & emails to purchase another.

In January 2022 we purchased the Nectar Premier Copper Queen Mattress to replace a Nectar Queen Mattress that we moved to our guest room. You would think that the quality of the mattress would exceed the regular Nectar but it is significantly less. Both my husband and I have back problems and this mattress makes them worse. I had spinal fusion surgery in July 2022 and was still able to use the regular Nectar but not the Premier Copper. The mattress sags in the middle and my husband and I wake up sore and tired of fighting with the mattress to stop sagging to the middle. As back sleepers this is really a problem for us. When we contacted the customer support about replacing this mattress, we were instructed to take pictures of the problem, which cannot be seen visually if you are not sleeping on the bed. Also, the mattress is too heavy for either of us to lift so the photos are not the best quality. It appears that the 365 days guaranteed is just something that the company puts in righting with no intention of honoring.

So far we love our mattress. I wake up with way less back pain. The only observation is that the mattress is firm. I don’t think is medium but honestly it is the best mattress that I have owned until now! The sheets are great and the pillows are way to high for me so I wish they were not that thick…

The most restful sleep I’ve had in years. The mattress is soft and contouring, but it is more firm than I expected. After the first night, I wasn’t sure if I liked it or not. The brochure that came in the box said to give it 30 nights and I decided that’s what I would do. By the third night, I was sold. I barely move all night long whereas I was always tossing and turning on my previous mattress. I normally sleep hot but not on this mattress. It stays cool even now during the hot Texas summer. I also really love the sheets that came in the bundle and will probably order more. My daughter recommended this mattress and the 365 day return policy made it easy to give it a try. I’m very glad I did!

Delivery was a timely manner. Professional and was left exactly where we could get it in to the house. Once placed on our bed frame it was easy and went so well. Pillows are amazing and mevand my wife both stay cool with mattress and pillow combination.

By far the WORST mattress AND service ever. Bought two in November 2021, have ben trying to return since then. They won’t return calls, they won’t respond to emails, the won’t respond to returns email. This mattress STINKS.....after three months it’s still chokes me to get near it...... if you have allergies, asthma, heart issues, or any breathing problems stay AWAY from this mattress.... it will kill you. I’ve had it in our office warehouse (which is climate controlled) since November and it still ‘STINKS’.

Sleeping is amazing, we did think it would be a tad firmer. It definitely is like a cloud and while we are sleeping great- maybe too much since the other night activities amongst adults is not as easy in this bed. We are getting creative and have other locations. But one of our fav positions is harder in this softer bed. But for sleep- again GREAT!

This mattress helped alot with my hip pain, I used to wake up every morning before I was ready to get up with pretty severe hip pain and knee pain and I thought my mattress was mostly to blame. Bought the Nectar and I was a little skeptical at first out of the bag, but once I left it go for a bit and it puffed up it felt great to lay in. Same thing with the pillows, they seem lame at first but they puff out alot and are very comfortable. Overall I really enjoy the mattress.

I came from a temperpedic bed too Nectar. Sometimes the bed feels too soft for my personal preference but I’m not waking up with back pain. 4 stars cause I wish it was just a touch more firm or that I had ordered the more firm one. I don’t feel like this mattress makes me sleep any cooler than previous ones I have owned.

My Nectar Mattress Is disappointing; standing at the foot of the bed, the right side is very soft and squishy, the left side is firmer, and there is a firmer ridge in the middle. Needless to say this is not comfortable. I have been sleeping on my bed for a month hoping this would improve. It has not. I slept only friend's mattress and it was wonderful, firm, not squishy. How is this corrected?
