I bought my mattress because of the rave reviews on this site but unfortunately I don't agree with them after trying it for 4 weeks. It is much too firm for me. I wake up with aches all over. I contacted customer service and they offered to send me a topper for my mattress. I hope it helps. I'm so sad that this mattress isn't what I expected it to be.

Both my husband and I have chronic back and joint pain. My husband is a hot sleeper. After almost 2 years I can say we haven't had a great sleep. In the middle of the night he wakes up soaking wet and hurting more then when we went to bed. The pillows are as hard as a rock.

We've had our mattress for a few months now. I like it, but when you sit on the edge of the mattress, it feels like you are going to slide right off. This may have to do with our old box springs instead of the base they sell. I'm not sure. It does sleep pretty well. It is a little bit more firm than I was expecting, but It's pretty comfortable.

Big fan of my Nectar and the memory foam pillow. I tend to get a little warm through the night and need to adjust positions to a "cooler" spot on the bed or flip my pillow. But since I bought my Nectar, I have been sleeping soundly without the need to wake up to move.

I really thought the mattress couldn't be "that" good. It look me sleeping medicine and a lot of praying to be able to fall asleep lol. Now, my head hits the pillow and I AM OUTTTTTTTT. My husband has huge back issues and he is in love with it as much as I am !

I recently purchased two full size Nectar mattresses and I must say they are amazing quality and super comfortable. They are firm but not too firm, and they are thick and durable with a great warranty. There was barely any odor when we opened the plastic and it opened to its full size rather quickly (we gave it a full 48 hours prior to using) overall, the bed is super comfortable and we will certainly be purchasing another one soon.

Our Nectar mattress arrived... without the frame, even though the shipping dates were the same. Now, since they missed the shipping date for the frame, they changed the estimated date to Dec 7 - 9. However, nobody in Nectar customer service really knows what's going on. They just say the order is "still processing". I really don't understand how it's still "processing" when both items were on the same order. And, since it's under 30 days, I can return it yet.

Absolutely terrible. First, 2 weeks went by after I ordered the mattress with zero communications from the company. Then one day I was notified that I’m special and will be getting the new and improved model. Not cool - I didn’t purchase the new improved model. I haven’t sat on the new model. I don’t know anything about the new model. And FINALLY I get shipping details with a date of delivery for April 26. That was yesterday and I STILL HAVE NO BED. I will never buy here again. Nor will I recommend to anyone.

These are very well made. I understand why they don’t want you to mess with perfection. We got XL twins for a split king. My wife is a bit heavier than I am and she still can’t wait to go to bed. We sometimes spend the weekend watching movies in bed. I’m a bit lighter a wished it was a bit softer. Have issues with my neck and back so adjusting the mattress works. I did have to buy a number of pillows to work with the ones that came with our set. Neck issues make my arms numb and hard to sleep. Oh man this was our best choice for our first new bed and mattress set. Oh before I took our old one out I opened the mattress’ and let them expand for 24 hours did just great. Still sleeping fine after a couple of months. You can’t beat the deal for 365 nights

We purchased the Nectar Premiere mattress in July. It arrived promptly with all of the items. We received a good deal with Fourth of July sales. We did not particularly love the mattress after several months. It was not supportive enough as we prefer a little bit firmer mattress. Additionally it was not cool but rather held the heat in. Our good experience came from the easy return. We contacted Nectar and initially they attempted to solve the problem. However there were limited options in our small area for pickup. We were easily able to work with a community partner and have the mattress picked up and receive our refund promptly. The customer service was always pleasant and aimed to help.
