With the brand I was using before, I used two and still had some leftover food residue, even with pre rinsing. After using this product, my dishes were clean and even clearer and sparkling. They were drier faster. These did such an excellent job with just one pod that I will absolutely be making the switch to Finish Ultimate

I usually pre clean my dishes a bit before loading into the dishwasher; however, I did leave some with a bit of dried on foods to test these out. These pods effectively cleaned all of my dishes - even the ones that were more dirty than usual - and left my dishwasher smelling fresh. They didn't leave a residue in my glassware which I was appreciative of. It also seemed like my dishes dried a bit faster. The pod dissolved completely in the cycle.
