There were two instances when the plastic didn't dissolve completely. I usually pre wash and even then some of my plates had leftover food stuck on it, I'm thinking maybe it was the placement of the pod inside the dishwasher. The pods are designed to fit the slot perfectly.

The product itself is easy to use packaging I do love the pods. The pods have two different liquids to help the cleaning process. One is a degreaser and the other is a shining liquid the other part is for scrubbing purposes. Overall this product left my dishes spotless and clean.
