We have had the vacuum for almost 2 months and it has yet to finish a full cycle without getting stuck. It cannot seem to go over the smallest of rugs. The suction of bOb is less than impressive and clumps up more than it sucks up. It just doesn’t work and not worth the “sale” price.

I do not recommend purchasing this robot vacuum. I set up a schedule to vacuum certain rooms on different days, but it only worked correctly for a couple of weeks. Was told by bObsweep customer support how to reset to factory settings, but again it only worked correctly about 1 1/2 weeks. Don't waste your time or money on this unit, stick with a known/dependable brand. This one is not worth your time or money.

This is such a lifesaver! I have set schedules for my robot to vacuum and mop, making my house feel cleaner. I have 4 kids and 2 dogs and this keeps up with all the mess.

This smart vacuum has been a total game changer. Setup was quick, the app is easy to use, and I love being able to start a cleaning from my phone. Also, does a great job at mapping out the house and rooms. It navigates really well around furniture

Love our bOB!!! We have two labs that shed all year long. It does a great job of picking up dog hair and the mop keeps the dog prints and mud tracked in cleaned up. We have area rugs and bOb navigates them just fine when mopping. Get one!

This vacuum easily gets stuck on small carpets. The bags are a pain to empty and clean. I do not recommend for rooms that go from carpet to floor and vice versa! I'll go back to my original Roomba as it is a lot tougher and doesn't require a bag.

I absolutely love my bObsweep. It does a great job picking up dirt and pet hair, especially on carpets and hard floors. The app is super easy to use, and changing between sweep %26 mop is a breeze. You won’t regret this purchase!

I Love Bob! I have two dogs and a cat. I am old and have arthritis and spent ridiculous amounts of time vacuuming manually daily until I purchased Bob. It only took a week to train everyone to get out of Bob's way while he is cleaning. Now I am free to do other things while Bob keeps my floors clean. What a game changer!

The Bobsweep started out working great and cleaning each room on the map. I added the mop a few months later, and it would mop areas that were carpeted and I didn’t have marked to mop. After 9 months of owning it, it has an error of the left wheel and will not run more than 1 minute. We called customer service, and it is under warranty, but it will cost $ 49.95 to ship it. Here is the kicker! If it’s needing to be cleaned, they will charge $ 45.00.

After trying several other robot vacuum and mop brands that just didn't live up to our expectations (and ended up being returned), we finally found one that actually gets the job done. The bObsweep has truly exceeded our expectations! The standout feature for us is definitely the mopping. Our floors look noticeably cleaner, and it does a fantastic job keeping up with our busy household. We have 3 dogs and 6 cats, so pet hair, dirt, and muddy paw prints are a daily challenge. This robot has handled it all surprisingly well and has made a huge difference in keeping our floors clean between deeper cleanings. One feature I especially appreciate is the mop pad design. The cleaning pads attach with Velcro, making them quick and easy to remove for washing, and the magnetic mop pad spinners hold everything securely in place. On other robot mops we've tried, the pads or holders would occasionally come loose, but we haven't had that issue with the bObsweep. The vacuum also picks up pet hair and everyday debris with ease, navigates our home well, and was easy to set up and use. It's become part of our daily routine and saves us so much time. The only recommendation I have is to make sure any charging cords or loose cables are picked up off the floor before running it. Like most robot vacuums, they can get wrapped around the brushes and stop the cleaning cycle. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our bObsweep. After trying other brands without success, this is the first one we've genuinely been impressed with. If you have pets or just want an easier way to keep your floors clean every day, I highly recommend giving it a try!
