I really like this robot vacuum. We have pets, and there is always hair on the floor. This vacuum does a great job picking it up. It also gets dirt, crumbs, and other messes that end up around the house. The mop works well and helps keep our floors clean. I like that it lifts the mops when it goes on rugs so they do not get wet. The best part is the auto-empty station. I do not have to empty it very often, which saves a lot of time. It was easy to set up, and it moves around the house without bumping into everything. It even goes around pet bowls and furniture. If you have pets or just want help keeping your floors clean, I think this robot vacuum is a great choice.

I honestly cannot believe how efficient my new vacuum is! The emptying itself is louder but so much faster. Love watching him clean and map everything, love that it goes back to the sections it missed and that it can mop as well!! Highly recommanded!

I am extremely happy with my bObsweep UltraVision Pet Combo Robot. I named him Bob and he vacuums at 1am every morning and 2:30 pm every afternoon because I have 3 dogs. I have him mop 1-2 times a week. He is really getting his work out and he does an excellent job with picking up all the dirt and grime.

This is the second bObsweep i purchased. The first one was the SLAM because we adopted a Husky dog. The bio is such a step up in performance and ease of use. I have lots of obstacles that the SLAM would get caught on, the bio has greatly eliminated these issues. Being able to go weeks without having to empty the bag is great. I also like the “no mop” zones available on the map. The 3 vacuum settings is also a plus. The only negative thing I have noticed is the life of the side brush. I do run the bio everyday in our house and it does a good job picking up dirt and dust. I really like the product and have recommended it to other family members.

This vacuum is amazing has extremely good suction. You have to set up the app and figure out how to put the correct settings if you wanted to work well. The only thing that it’s not good is that the water has to be filled up every time you use it and it does not have automatic cleaning the pads. I paid 299 for it is worth every penny I don’t think is worth 799. I love the vacuum. It performs very well.

I have had multiple robot vacuums (Roombas %26 Eufy) and I have had moppers (iRobot) as well and this combines both. It does a great job-there’s a little bit of a learning curve on the app etc. but I am very happy with it! It gets to areas I can’t access easily and my floors are spotless. I am very happy with this purchase and would purchase again. I do wish it had a remote -not just the phone app -but it’s great and empties itself and the rubber brush head stays pet hair-free. Plus my pets drag in pollen and it has cleaned like a champ every day.

I don't know who this works for. It isn't even worth the supposed sale of $299. It mapped out the downstairs... sort of. We blocked off heater vents, etc. on the app, best we could. We tried using the mop, but it didn't vacuum well enough first, so just clumped up wet dog hair and left all over the house. So we tried just the vacuum. It did a couple rooms then gave error that right mop lift not working. Well, the mop wasn't even on it. Put the mop on and same message. Did the motor reset as instructed and still the error. The app is also terrible. Our previous bot had a significantly better app, had clean and dirty water mop tanks and while it said it had less suction power, it actually was much better at vacuuming. The other bot had a camera. The other bot cost $399 full price. Hence the joke that this is on sale. It was nice that it was fairly small, but since it didn't work from the first try, the size didn't really matter. Now I've got to wait in the slowest customer service line in town, to return it.

I despise this vacuum. I purchased it to replace the most basic Shark because I wanted the mop function. (It was entry level and worked flawlessly. Wish I'd kept it.) This unit, on the other hand, jams on area rugs . It is random... some days jams on Rug 1 but not Rug 2 and other days jams on Rug 2 and not 1. It is maddening and have to "rescue" it multiple times during a clean, so no point at all in running it when I'm not at home. The mop function is disappointing too. It only handles distilled water (not cleaner) and is spinning pads only. What's the point of wiping my floors with dirty pads? Wish I had it to do over.

Spent 20 minutes on this site and YouTube videos just to find out it's has impossible to figure out if this has a water chamber and does actual wet mop or just spinning dry mop. Then I saw another one with nearly the same name on Sams site and literally 3x the price 900 vs 300. This brand is trying to create brand and naming confusion and I can't support it. I just watched a long video and I don't even know if that was the same sold here on Sams as everything they sell has similar naming. Fix your naming, fix your marketing, fix your specs and fix your ads, and stop wasting customers time. To me wet mop is a must and after 20 minutes I so don't know so that's a fail.

We have had the vacuum for almost 2 months and it has yet to finish a full cycle without getting stuck. It cannot seem to go over the smallest of rugs. The suction of bOb is less than impressive and clumps up more than it sucks up. It just doesn’t work and not worth the “sale” price.
