I don't know what kind of crack is in the shampoo and conditioner but I am in love my hair is so soft after just one wash with the shampoo And then even more soft Not frizzy and so bouncy and shiny After the conditioner This is crazy I don't think I'm ever gonna use any other shampoo and conditioner having natural hair I need all the moisture I can get in this shampoo and conditioner definitely does The job Keep up the great work guys Is all I can say

I'm soooo impressed with how deeply moisturizing this conditioner is! My hair feels so soft, hydrated, and smooth right after washing, without feeling heavy or weighed down. Which i've never really experienced with any other conditioners i've tried! I don't use the matching shampoo cause i have an oily scalp so i use it with a shampoo that's better for my scalp. Currently with the state of my hair I find that I don't need an additional leave-in conditioner cream just a light hair oil to seal everything in works perfectly for me. I'm excited to see how this routine will work overtime as my hair grows!

this duo is perfect for dry coarse hair or hair that is damaged from high lift color or bleach. smells great!

This is by far the best conditioner I've ever used including expensive “salon” brands. It keeps my hair hydrated & soft. It does seem to plump my fine hair as well.

4.7 stars at least. I love the product because it smells sophisticated and potent and is not harsh. I am allergic to some soaps but not this. I ordered it for shipping and the conditioner bottle lid broke and a little leaked and I can't use it yet. I'm going to try to replace it with another bottle top when that product is gone which will be soon so it will be fine. Also, I noticed it has gone on sale twice after my purchase. So I will try to watch for it on sale in the future and hope it's in store. I also love herbal essences (not allergic) a lot but this L'Oréal is my favorite for everyday yeah.

This whole line is absolutely amazing! I have wavy/curly hair that is starting to go gray, and this delivers the perfect amount of moisture to my dry and frizzy curls. I use the shampoo, conditioner, serum, and water treatment. My hair is soooo soft, and even my second day hair is great! PLEASE don't stop making this line of products!

The shampoo smells amazing but the conditioner smells like what you get with home Hair dye. It smells bad It offers Volume but I have to use dry shampoo to balance it out

I originally liked the way this shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel, but the smell is awful! It has a kind of rubber smell to it that just gets worse as the day goes on. Very disappointing.

Something has definitely changed. I've used this shampoo and conditioner duo since 2023 and have always loved it. The scent is wonderful, and it used to leave my hair incredibly soft and silky. Unfortunately, the newest bottle of conditioner has completely changed my experience. I have very fine, very thin hair, and now it leaves my hair stringy, limp, and greasy. After letting my hair air dry and wearing it in a braid for the day, the braided sections felt like they had a Vaseline-like residue. Even after blow drying, my hair felt tacky, as though the conditioner never fully rinsed out. Previously, my hair felt smooth and silky while rinsing in the shower. Now it has a wet, tacky feeling that never seems to go away, no matter how long I rinse. I've been using this line for years, so this was a very noticeable change and incredibly disappointing.

more cheap garbage. the pumps stop working immediately after removing from the package. customers continue to suffer to maximize profits for the company.
