Pleased

I've been listening to half the music available to me until now, This Speaker is Awesomeness! I can't believe I lived without this for the past 6 years. I live in the desert and am in the pool everyday, weather permitting. I have bought 3 outdoor speakers in the past 6 years and paid a fortune for them. I can't believe I finally found this speaker. It's more than I could ever ask for, The sound is off the Rock. Thankfully my old speaker died. I paid more for it then what it was worth, I'm just happy I finally found an Awesome replacement Speaker. I'm so freaking overjoyed with this purchase. I can't believe I hesitated to buy this. It's tha bomb! It makes the music sound so good. I'm ecstatic. ION has a customer for life! ♥️

So far so good

Bought this a week before heading to the beach since my only other Bluetooth speaker doesn’t have the thump or battery life that this one does. So far it’s worked great and I pretty much bought it solely for beach trips and pool days. Really solid!

Great Sound, But Stereo Mode Has Major Flaws

The speaker sounds great on its own, but there are major issues when pairing two speakers in stereo mode. FM radio will not work on either speaker, and when using a microphone for karaoke or PA purposes, the sound only comes through one speaker instead of both. The only feature that works properly in stereo mode is Bluetooth audio. This is very disappointing because I bought it mainly for PA and karaoke use. Only hearing the microphone through one speaker defeats the purpose. Unfortunately, it's going back.

Thanks for your review! We're sorry to hear the Glow Tone did not meet your needs here. Due to a lack of onboard DAC, we can only transmit digital audio signal (which is the nature of Bluetooth's signal) between speakers. Analog audio signal (as would be received from the microphone), can only be carried within the host speaker.

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner

This speaker is everything that the reviews say it is! The sound quality is outstanding, and the app also lets you boost it the way you want it as well. I had a H/K which was a 399.00 speaker and it finally died after 8 years but the volume/sound on this ion is way better! And for for the price you get what you pay for and more!
